Cool, storm can actually takeaway any type of roof except roof with PARAPET not concrete Fisher!

They're 3 major type of flat roof

1. Slope Roof
2. Conceret type
3. Slope with parapet

The most cheapest one is one side Slope Roof, then slope with parapet. Just a slight cost difference btw the two.

Advantage: Easy , Fast,Cheap,
Cheap as for installation and Mentaince.

Disadvantage; not spacious to work inside it for services wrks.


Conceret Type: This's more costly than others, And maintain ability is expensive.

For flat roof not spacious to work with,what if one raised d wall high so that there will be more space btw roof & ceiling.
