1) Speculation and making money on crypto movements
2) Making untraceable payments and tax dodging
3) Hedging against movements in your currency (It becoming stronger/weaker)

University graduates are only shortlisted for short service, civilian reserve force or drafted during wartime into the officer cadre.

The Military has their own college for training officers.

Which baggages?those days officers goes through further trainings that made them hold command post.
