That's a purchased injection. Not even the supreme Court can order the the inec to immediately upload the BVAS into their server. The timing and the use is entirely left at the discretion of the INEC. It's even not technically feasible. The important thing is for the entries in both the server and the BVAS to tally. The BVAS and server and server records are even not used for result collation and announcements. The purpose of bvas/server records is to help court take informed decisions in the judicial process electoral disputes and claims.That's why parties are expected to have their agents obtain offially endorsed copies of all relevant electoral documeents at every PU.
