Yes upload them. A number of people got this same thing without any email notification after they did this week’s servicing (it appears it might be a bug from their end). Just to be safe, upload the documents again even if you uploaded it before. All is well with IRCC and their confusion.

Unfortunately, that’s not how it works, they don’t use the processing time when you applied. They follow the current one, that’s why they update weekly.

Canada and their refusal

I submitted my application in may 2022 for a training with the organization I work with in Canada scheduled to take place in August and did my biometrics june. I submitted all the necessary documents and today, I was denied visa. Only reason was;

• I am not satisfied that you have a legitimate business purpose in Canada
Main purpose of visit was work, and it was clearly stated on the invitation letter and the application form I filled. What else do they want?
now I am confused on if I should reapply or leave it

Passport Submission Information

For Lagos Office:

Walk into any DHL or UPS store, you can google & check for the one's near you.

This is the Address you will mail your documents to:

Documents to go with to the DHL Office:

- Two photocopies of your international passport data page
- Your International Passport itself
- Passport request letter
- Biometric confirmation slip (the document you were given after u did your Biometrics)
-Two copies of signed VFS consent forms
-Note the 990 SMS fee is compulsory. Pay it as well to the same account.

Put everything in a Big Brown Envelope,

Write your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NO. & Email Address on the Envelope boldly

When you go to DHL, also indicate that you want a two way courier service. Then provide them the address you want your passport sent to when ready.

Put all the documents below in an envelope and send to:

Just read that they are shifting focus from Work permits to Study permits. Is it that they aren’t taking regular VV seriously? They don’t think we are important? After collecting application fee? As at 24th August…. Canada just did their best with a rejection letter.. I’m not surprise tho… Lmao! Like I submitted all I can like;
- Conference letter and recommendation letter
- 2 land documents in Nigeria
- Bank statement 10k plus euros
- Previous visa and valid visa’s (3 UK visa’s, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Turkey, 2 Kenya, Dubai, Tanzania) I have been to over 14 countries
- 2 Old family photos
- Two Jobs contract letters (Main job and Mini job)
- 5 months pay slips
- Current residence permit
- hotel reservations
- flight reservations
- statement of purpose
- health insurance
- city registration and resident authorization
- house rent contract
(This are the docs that I could remember)

What else do they really want fam! Lol. The funny part was getting the rejection letter after the proposed conference ended 5 days go.
