Nigeria given a permanent seat at U.N Sec. council, with the state of your country and the doofus running it? Lmao! |
2mch:Wow! So, the next line is : when losing an argument, carry on like a mad-man instead of presenting a better, and more convincing rebuttal?! If I was a "Low-life" I wouldnt be LIVING IN NY and you WOULDNT be VISITING---supposedly (Still dont believe youve ever been out here. Sounds like u seen a lotta NY based movies tho)!!! Try living here for one year and lets compare pockets at the end of 12 months. Nigerian Cab driver coming on here trying to act like he the shiyyt. . . . . A train ur nuts! Liar! |
2mch:Nobody says "A Line", so that alone let me know that most likely youre lying and youve never taken the subway in NY!!! The "A Line is an eyesore"?! Really?! So, whats the the difference of the "A" from the B, C, E,F, 1,2,3,4,5,6 or 7?! Huh, tell me Mr."Know-It-All-Even-Though-The-First-Time-I-Ever-Saw-A-Train-Upclose-Was-When-I-Came-To-The-United-States"!!!! You just keep sounding ignorant! |
Gekko:Theres always Lagos to move back to if u aint happy with the mode of rail transport out here. |
Eko Ile:Lol. Eko ile, thats not how the trains in Boston look. Those are the street cars that connect all of downtown and some of the suburbs. Boston has a mordern rail system comparable to NYC's |
Heh. Alright. I am a liar, then. Please kindly explain of what relevance high-speed rail (e.g., 150+ miles/hour) is to solving transportation issues within a single city. Kindly explain to us why it is at all relevant to the problems they want to solve. You fcking mor.on.
You beat me to it! |
For that Dude that knows it all: HERES MAYOR BLOOMBERG (one of the Richest men on earth) on a NYC train! https://images.nymag.com/daily/intel/15_bloombergsubway_lg.jpg |
And with the bolded, I bet anything that ,this minute, her in-box is being flooded with Green-Card seeking Ibo men! EzeUche and Udezue we see ya! |
I simply asked why didn't he hire Nigerians to build the trains, is that a Pan African question? I don't reject the label of being called a Pan Africanist, that is how my parents raised me to be, but you guys do need to start using your own people to build up your nations, otherwise you will not be any better off than you are today. Case in point, my beloved President Obama is promoting the rebuilding of our train system, we need high speed rail like yesterday, it will create good jobs for our people as well as spur economic growth in other areas. Trust me when I say, you won't see us paying Canadians or anyone else to construct our system, if by slim chance we are lacking the knowledge, we will send US citizens to learn what is needed than bring that knowledge HOME. A nation can't keep outsourcing critical industries and expect to grow.
First off reduce those fonts, even if you wanna keep the annoying red. You dont have to virtually shove your words in our faces. Is this how you get your point across in real life? Well, then again, considering the tribe youre repping, it shouldnt be a surprise. Second, do yourself a favor. Log off, grab a book and read! Or, if your insanely smart like yours truly (and comprehension is not an issue) then always refer to google so you can at least be aware of the point which you intend to push across. You think building a train a train is the same as making a paper plane. . . " fold this piece here, and we got the wing. This piece here, and we got the tail. . . . ". Did you take a glance at the pic when the Governor was inspecting the wheels/brakes? Know what came to my mind? "Damn, how they make that?!". Have you seen how many parts go on a train? Even parts you and I will never get to see i.e parts that reside in the engine! You think a train is just made up of seats and metal and it just starts to roll along on command? Havent you ever seen those commercials of cars being made? Even in those 20 second adverts you can see the rigorous tests the cars are subjected to. If it was that easy to make simple things as cars, China will be at the forefront. Scratch that. Even the U.S will not lag behind the Japanese, Europeans and Koreans if it was that easy! The truth is, Nigeria lacks the technological know how to build a train; it simply is not that industrialized. The high speed rails the U.S is seeking, dont be surprised that a foreign firm is who's gonna supply us the train. What would you say then? Africa is just not industrialized. Thats the truth. Step by step, judging from the actions of the South West of Nigeria and its people, they'll "get it". But, for now, the best they can do is that kinda train. And like I said; IF ITS GOOD FOR NY, ITS GOOD FOR LAGOS. Remember too, that very few places got effective (if they even have it at all) train service in the U.S! |
2mch:Its always good to have an idea when trying to argue an issue. Jumping into an argument without the proper facts always makes one end up looking like a fo*ol; ask George Bush! Dude, just a 1.2 mile extension of the 7 Line is supposed to cost us $2billion. Just on barely a mile extension of one line! ONE LINE!!! Do you know how many Lines there are in NY? 24 and 3 shuttles! Do you know how many hundreds of miles of train tracks NYC? Did you notice too that your report was based on a 1994 report?! Even NY has been seeking money to upgrade its train systems forever. . . . My point? If New York State doesnt have the money, I doubt Lagos State does. The trains going to Lagos are absolutely perfect. If its good enough for NY, its good enough for Lagos! |
2mch:As I understand it, Your country cannot even give its citizens enough electricity to power an electric can opener. Yet, you want her to provide you with the SAME type of trains that countries that generate their electricity through nuclear technology use?! Are you serious? Do you see the irony in your demands? You think these sort of trains are coal powered or you think people push them from behind, along the rails, from stop to stop? C'mon son, get real. |
FYI I am AA. Don't get mad at the messenger, I'm just asking a question. Also don't try and run your hatred for Igbos either, my ancestors were Igbo and I won't stand for them being disrespected, wasn't it enough that your ancestors sold them into enslavement!?

simply because in your own words, "we shouldn't give Oyinbo, africa's wealth". . . WRONG!!!! I wrote no such thing, in fact I didn't even know an "Oyinbo" until I started posting on this site. Of course I'm making postings from America, because I am American duh. See my previous threads for more information, I don't feel like repeating my family history right now.
And now you can give yourself a round of applause! In three posts you just had to announce it twice that youre African-American just so "those damn indigenous Africans can shut the hell up and let the better black speak, huh"? Sorry, to disappoint you but aint nothing special about you on here; theres a buncha AA's running around here too. . . . and some of them got a reputation of being super-bad aszzes, so, watch out! Dont feel the need to act out the "I'm better than you" script some of you just love on here. |
I'm not the one giving away African wealth to western nations, nor am I someone who thinks such things are o.k. Liberate your colonial mindsets and build a strong Africa for and by Africans.
Ok, Mupthela Ngozie Kunte A. Chigozie a.k.a James Tyrie Wilford III; I HEAR YOU!!! What freaking wealth are they giving away? Trade is different from "giving away wealth", get that in your head. Even The United States buys stuff from other countries. We get a lot of Beef from Canada, Argentina, and Asia. . . . . it dont mean we starving! |
2mch:Just Incase you think you have an idea what youre talking about: EVEN HERE IN NY WE DONT HAVE TRAINS LIKE THE ONE YOU GOT IN THE IMAGE ABOVE! WHAT WE HAVE HERE IN NY ARE EXACTLY LIKE WHAT THE GOVERNOR OF LAGOS STATE IS PURCHASING FROM CANADA. Now, go figure! |
You don't think the western nations are not gaming you? Trust me they are probably charging you guys way more than what is required.
Gaming? Like what, the price of a used train of comparative value is, say, $2million but theyre telling the dumb African that it really costs $200million and this savage is scrambling around seeking money to pay for the train just cause he's eager to buy something, anything, from the white man? Or what you trying to say? Explain! Are the prices hidden, or do you think numbers are just pulled out of the air? Oh, maybe you think that black man that call himself the Governor cant read. Dude, you need to chill for real.
That kind of white supremacist thinking will keep Africa exploited forever!
Wow, son, fall back for real! |
Why did he hire Canadians to build the trains? I'm sure there are engineers in Nigeria who could have built such trains. African nations need to stop giving their money to all these western countries, they are playing Africans for suckers.
Ok, you need to chill for real. I'm reading some of your posts and, seriously, you need to do more reading on The African Economy/Industrialization in the 21st Century, cause youre giving "us" a bad name with posts such as the above. You want to, at least, sound versed/knowledgeable when discussing a subject! |
Why can't they protest the senate president seat ?
Why cant they protest against rigging? Why cant they protest against corruption? Why cant they protest against the Millions of Dollars the government officials make quaterly while they live on less than $2/day with no kind of social/welfare security from the Govt? Why cant they protest the horrible way they are made to live in their own country? Jesus! These are the future of the Ibo nation, a bunch of cows nourished on tribalism?! Sad, Sad, Sad. . . . I guess the Ibo nation is in for a loooooong ride! |
Could possibly be a PR stunt. Politics is a game of showmanship.
At least his "PR STUNT" did not go the Ibo route where a Eastern Governor forcefully kidnapped a Rev.Father, locked him in a room, and beat him into a coma with a bull-whip! |
Hmmmmn. . . . .should we bomb twitter and the internet with this revelation? *rubs chin* |
THE AMAKA:Wutever, just answer the damn question Ileke-Idi posed to you! |
phantom:Someone's looking for attention. Its a sunday, dont you have a galfriend to chill with or som'n? |
phantom:Lol. You Ibos make me laugh. This is how you start, then when I go in on you and remind you how Ibos eat people or how Ojukwu had se*x with a child he once held as a 2day old baby then "Bkbabe97" will be at fault again, right? Keep it coming! Do you. But, when I'm ready, and I feel that beef is cooked and well-done, I'll eat it all up and wont even leave a tiny bone left over on the plate; I'll lick that shiyyyt clean! Just remember not to complain when the time comes. |
phantom:When youre ready, you'll log in with your real user name! |
