timi0103: The NPF again......... There has to be an end to this. Also, a drastic measure must be put in place to curb the excessive drunkeness and aggressiveness of the police.Let standards & entry requirements be raised. Some form of diploma should be the least. The level of education of these individuals plays a major role to how they conduct themselves. Not even SSCE is good enough. All these 'first school leaving certificate' holders should not be let to carry arms. They should be given only that 'kondo' stick until they retire. Policemen have not conducted themselves in ways that'll garner sympathy from the citizens to support them for improved living standards. Their actions make people to continue to wish them bad. They behave uncivilized but want to secure a civilized society. ![]() |
Dyt: I will make sure dat policeman looses his source of joy ![]() brownlord: Wait o, how many people them kill, is it the same 17 yr old boy tht bn schooling in canada tht was killed and became 9 yrs again?...Bro, pls read thru the OP again to save NLers the stress of calling u names. |
This woman got power intoxicated along the line. And by the time she's thoroughly drunk, I hope she won't be dancing nakedd in the village square ![]() |
Ishilove: ...E go allow the humble street trader and artisan undastand the bible wellaIshilove, nice idea but have the elitist 'grammarians' understood even the already revised goodnews version? And who's going to translate it? The same CAN that understands the bible thoroughly, shey? |
Maybe lyrics of Shymx the freestyle-G in another thread abt father's day. |
And so, original meanings continue to be shed. ![]() |
Marketing! Btw, didn't scientists discover the gate to hell? Or was it God's bath tub? Hmmmm...smh! religion don suffer! ![]() |
There's this other one called purgatory. I couldn't help laughing! ![]() Two people. One reasons with his nyansh. The other uses his brain. Choose wisely! |
Phew! Power without freedom. Prof. Ologbenla once commented "the quest for power is to loose sleep" |
PDP, Bode George is a wrong card to play. ![]() |

Its better to hv read this Ojukwu died a natural and peaceful death as a FREE MAN!Than this: Ojukwu was buried like a national HEROYes, ojukwu was given a state burial in a colorful event typical of the religion he identified with. Abiola was hurriedly buried, his religion a factor in his burial. They both died in two totally different times, imagine abiola was to die in a democratic dispensation. Btw, I've been trying to find out how ojukwu impacted positively on people? Maybe one can begin comparing the philosophies of the two men. |
This task-force will be needed around yaba, island axis of lagos. They jst dress up without occasion harassing passers-by, injecting fear as people (esp. women) run wildly and cause drama. They even beg for money. I respect masquerades when there's a festival of some sort. Its fun to watch culture on display but yes, these disgraceful ones I talked abt here should be arrested. |
What kind of orientation do these "today's preachers" have? Smh! These MOG must be practicing another religion because in them I don't recognize christianity anymore ![]() |
A lesson for those who can do anything for love. |
chidindufrank: ![]() |
IMO, Ojukwu isn't worth the hype ![]() Its jst a case of north has sardauna, west has awolowo, so we must have someone. Nnamdi Azikiwe (of loving memory) deserves better hype. MASSOB is free to lobby for a biafra nation but their approach is not a proactive, progressive one. There are international bodies to lobby. They can start with diplomatic strategies, some sections of the international community may recognize and acknowledge the country. Declaring a stay at home order? Ridiculous! OPC? I guess 2billion naira does a whole lotta wonders ![]() |
ngozievergreen: But we told him dat in 2011 polls, he and his cohorts started bombingLol |
^^You have spoken well, my friend. I assure you that many nigerians share your sentiment. Still, pls edit your post. You sure know what parts ![]() |
![]() GEJ my guy, I had confidence that u were going to tackle unemployment but here I am. Though I didn't get a laptop but I'm beginning to see some good in you. I even intend to campaign for you. But when u talk like this publicly, u leave me little options but to keep quiet while u are rightly castigated when & where deserved. Pls for the sake of some of us who'd like to pitch our tents without fear nor favor, watch your utterances. Btw, does d police truly have confidence in u? ![]() Thank you, Sir. |
I suppose it won't be a bad idea to have a resolution passed that will see the families of public office holders use public facility. Their kids attend public school, use general hospitals etc. Does anyone here know the effect of this? But never! The nigerian arrogance of 'I pass my neighbor' won't allow. For where? When an 18yr old teenager has millions in account? |
What is of note is buhari's fervent But its preposterous to ask him to quit politics. Its his right protected by the constitution of this federal republic. If he doesn't, the electorate will tell him through the ballot. Leave him & let him hear it from the entire nation at the polls. |
adino: Guy, you no well (just joking o) Funny but true sha.Bro, nigeria is not well, the head is in fact, rotten. Most nigerian politicians no well: who wan come cure all of us ![]() |
logica: Oh, you prefer Cristal eh?I only recognized a modest high table. ![]() |
Good to know 70naira sprite still makes it to a high table ![]() ![]() |
Yes, its difficult not to use stuff made in china cos those chinese guys hv penetrated most sectors in almost every country. ![]() But an indigenous chinese company? I'd rather buy a japanese product than china. They are a bit better in quality. |
In related developments, India recently discovered oil. India became the no 1 buyer of our oil since the US patronage began to decline last year. Let's just continue this way till all those who patronize this our oil discover theirs in commercial quantity.... ![]() |
This is just a glorified market women fight. PDP Vs ACN is not abt intelligent discussions. Its abt who has more hard punchlines & grammar to verbally insult the other. PDP doesn't have a fundamental party ideology (as opposition makes us believe), ACN hasn't distinguished itself yet. |
Those saying 2015 picture is now clear don't know what Nigerian politics is. In less than 6months we have seenn so much happen in d polity. 2015 elections is still over 18months away. There's still more reshuffling to come. Even the current polarizations will still change. The game will take a different turn. More twist & turns. The real show will begin when/if APC finally gets registered. The heat will be so hot GEJ will remove his hat, tinubu will pull off his agbada with boxers & singlet left, buhari will forget to pray 5times a day, tunde bakare won't remember bible verses anymore. Dirty showdown! Its still loading...You have seen nothing yet. ![]() |
Same distrust between the electorates and you. You agreed to provide amenities and jobs and revamp agriculture. You got there and you're doing something else. That's how much it hurts. You are just withdrawing, the electorates have withdrawn long ago ![]() |
Okupe...lai...abati Any difference? ![]() When low lives stumble upon opportunity to fill spots in aristocracy but won't shed their gutter skins. Their presence at helm of affairs is condescending to the presidency and the Nigerian public. They only attack themselves and don't constructively/proactively tackle issues raised. Diplomacy, ethics etc are thrown to the dogs only to employ fighting tactics inferior to even dogs. I laugh when I hear abati/okupe described as 'eloquent'. GEJ shld look for calm&collected personalities that can send you to dig ur grave, give u money to go and buy ur burial suit, help u dress up and u bury urself. Abati talks like an animal with no regard for anybody. Lai is no different, just trying to con us with this. We need more finishing schools in Nigeria ![]() |
no its not right, cos her pastor might bump into her at d pharmacy ![]() |
