Battery uses acid, so it will surely delay after some years. You'll either refill or get a new battery. It's cheaper than fuel. Also, cars do run on batteries, but they didn't build it to recharge itself at the moment, but trust China — that one is probably available there.

1. A generator is decoupled.
2. The fuel part, carburetor, etc. is removed.
3. The capacitor and the coil is retained.
4. A DC motor is powered by a battery with same volt.
5. The DC motor, which should be higher than the retained parts of the generator, powers the coil to generate energy.
6. Some of the energy gets sent back to charge the battery via a diode so that the battery will never run out of power to power the DC motor.

In fact, it's a combination a real generator and a DC motor. Do you know how a car works? The same mechanism.

In practice, if this should work, the energy will take a decay path (there will be loss of energy in each cycle. In other words, it will only work for some time as energy cannot just come forth from thin air.
(Imagine using a power bank to charge your phone and itself simultaneously. The power bank will die with time)

I had to stay away from this post for some time due to some health issues I suffered due to excessive thinking and depression which got me hospitalised.
