Plz it that easy to seek asylum in Japan, my agent say I go seek asylum and I will start working, plz how true is this plz
Oga.

Instead apply to Japanese langigae school to get student visa and srudy japanese lanaguage.
You will also get part-time working rights as a student.
Freedom to rent apartment.

There way better legal ways than asylum.
Asylum guys cant rent apartment and really get jobs even part time.

And you wil spend same amount of money.

Of course you don't care that others should have a good road on theirs too.

That's a ''waste of money'', isn't it?

So this other ones are not projects?

No water nor irrigation project?
No hospital project, even if the equipment are too expensive , at least buildings and beds.

Good evening here 'naija' pls I won't to know if it's possible using a tourist visa or converting to work if granted one
Nope. Not allowed.

If you really want to go to Japan to hustle. Try school route.

Japan Language Schools will give you student visa and part time job (baito) provisions, and it is a residency visa.

Dont be Confused.

Yes, you can always find your course or something very similar to your course. [Finanical Management technology a.k.a fintech]

You would have to find the course yourself and find the, department and Professor that heads the department.

Sir Gerrard, Thank you for all the work you've been doing here, going forward bro, I would love your recommendation on (given the time changes and opportunities) on which national university should someone with 2.2 target for admission and please I would also need a place one can do side hustle going forward.

I look forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers 🥂
Having a 2.2 is not a problem, it is demonstrating knowledge of what you studied, as there might be an admission interview session.

Universities in Tokyo (literally the entire vast of this city) , Kanagawa(Yokohama), Chiba city (not the entire prefecture) and major cities in Saitama (not the entire prefecture) . these are metropolitan big city and part time jobs are everywhere. However the language might be a problem at first.

Universities in Osaka, Kyoto.

Universities in Niigata City

Universities in Hiroshima, Kobe.

You get the drift...major cities.

Yes, on site, from my research, I read somehow that one will be issued resident permit at the Poe, won't that be enough to do
At the Embassy in Abuja, you get your student visa usually a 3 year visa.
at The POE Airport, your visa is converted to a residency, zairyu card indicating that you are on student residency.

If you want to do part-time job(which every student does) after receiving your residency card t the airport booth, immediately ask for a part time job stamp( it is a stamp on the zairyu card).

The stamp allows you to do part time job all through your student residency in Japan.

So, he should be sharing money to them on Sundays, is that it?
Yes.

That's the message Christ preached.

Transcripts are mostly sent directly to institutions intended...How do you get the Transcript to stamp it at the court...
Get a student copy.
Take it to any court and samped "Certified true copy"
Scan and save.

Send to any organization for now and any future applications requiring your transcript.

My humble 2 cents.

Greetings to everyone that has made this thread a success

I have spent some time on this thread and I am finally set to begin the journey.

I just need a clarification on this

My degree is chemical engineering from uniport. I also have a 5 year experience in process engineering role in the same company

Intended ANZCO Code: 233111 - Chemical Engineer

Please I want to know if I will be assessed by EA directly under the washington pathway?
will I also need to write the CDR report for the evaluation?
What can I do where I cannot get an official reference letter from work with letter head. If my supervisor writes the letter, must it come with the letter head?
Finally do I need to stamp my student transcript in court before forwarding to them?

I will appreciate your response
No you will not be assessed under Washington accord.

Nigeria Engineering education is not under Washington Accord.
https://www.internationalengineeringalliance.org/accords/washington/signatories
It is sadly under Sydney Accord.

Yes, you will need to 3 CDRs Reports and other documentation for Migration skill assessment by Engineers Australia for a result of Professional Engineer.

Mate, you need to get an official reference letter with the company letterhead.

Yes If your supervisor writes the letter, it must come with the company's letter head
Yes, stamp your student transcript in court before forwarding to them. It will help to avoid any doubt.

If Catholic doctrines are anything to go by, the pope doesn't need anyone's prayers.
According to the catechism of the Catholic church, the Pope is infallible. How can someone who's already infallible need our prayers? What for?
The Pope is infallible in terms of the church teachings because he does in collaboration with the Church and the church teachings.

Infallibility does not mean he is a saint or unfailing in his actions.

The pope has a priest he confess his sins to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raniero_Cantalamessa,
so he prays daily for forgiveness of his sins and that of the wholeworld.

My humble 2 cents

Okay sir. Please what do they mean by certified copy? Do I need to take my transcript and certificate to court to swear an affidavit? Or the stamp on my transcripts from my Universities will be enough please?

Thank you sir.
You need to make photocopies of your certificates.
Then take the original and photocopies of your certificates to a court, federal, state or magistrate.

The photocopies will be stamped with "certified true copy" on all pages.

My ppl, please I need your advice. I planned moving to Australia with my family of 4(Me,my wife and two kids). I am a Mech Engr (age - 37) while my wife(age - 28) just finished internship as a pharmacist. My years of experience is in electrical not mechanical. How best should I go about this frds?.
Engineers Australia.
Kindly read up.

But it will be hard bros. you cant have mech degree and apply for elect Engr experience.
Kindly look for little mech related tasks and activities that you did in your elect Engr experience. also ad a bit of project management, and i think it would work.

You will need to do career assessment with Engineers Australia and IELTS.
So those are for your first tow tasks.

All the best.

Please is there a way to contact my Engineers Australia assessor? I was required to submit some extra documents, but due to bad network I couldn't do so before the deadline, any idea how I can proceed with this?
Can one appeal a negative outcome on this grounds?
start giving them a phone call immediately.
JUST CALL THE ENGINEER USATRALIA PHONE NUMBER ON THE WEBPAGE.

or be ready to cough out the entire money all over again for re-assessment.

Good evening everyone, if I have a choice of work visa in Australia as either Health care assistant or in tech, which will you recommend, considering opportunities?

Please is there a link to apply for these jobs, I’m a web/mobile app developer, using MERN stack.
Can u point me to a link where I can apply for tech work in Japan.
I also have a bsc in computer science and considering masters over there.
I’m scared of racism and language barriers tho
Create a good LinkedIn profile.
Update your profile for recruiters " to see your profile" and set to Japan.

Check Robert Walters Japan [https://www.robertwalters.co.jp/en/]
Check Michael Page japan [https://www.michaelpage.co.jp/en]
Indeed Japan.

Bro racism is everywhere. language barrier is there everyday. it is all about you.
Are you willingly to learn, you see all foreigners form white to black learning and speaking the language.
You will have to learn the language but at your pace. City offices offer beginner Japanese courses for free.
First get the job that doesn't requires Japanese language

Hello

a quick question, please.

If I get a positive assessment with EA, I use it to get my 189 visa approved. does it mean when I get to Aussie, I can only work around the engineering field? is it possible I switch to the IT field when I get there?
a 189 visa gives you unlimited working rights ( you can do more than 1 job at a time)
a 189 visa gives unlimited study rights
