It is also not fair that the army is yet to comply with the FG's declaration of Boko Haram being technically defeated.
Our Attorney General should please pass a law that incriminates anyone; bank or individual who exchanges dollars above 1Naira.

Because the speed used in implementing one decree should be the same speed used in implementing other fictitious declarations.
