Guy I laugh seeing your pictures. The flour used in processing the Pasta & Noodle already contains % of cassava. It's like asking a Bakery (visit popular one) to name cassava as part of the ingredients when it knows already that the wheat flour bought contains cassava.

@MalcoImX, when next you hear cassava bread it does not mean 100% cassava flour. I believe you were not bred in the era of 1985's when wheat was banned. Then we had corn bread 100%. It was so strong more than Olumo rock and nobody told the government then to unban wheat sharperly.

There is almost no flour in Nigeria with 100% wheat.. . Even noodles now use 40% cassava flour.. . That's the main business now. ..

So in truth.. U eat cassava flour almost every day
