With regards to buhari's name, obviously u very well know that all ex-presidents are entitled to have their cars changed. Its our law and it is legal. But how do u justify the money given to metuh? If metuh and dokpesi and co have any legal reason for receiving stolen funds, then of course the efcc wont have a case.
