Plus every citizen is entitled to government subsidized healthcare regardless of their residency status, even non-resident with a temporary visa have access to the country's excellent medical care.

8. Norway
Norway last claim the top spot in the rankings in 2017 and has been sliding further down the table ever since. Still, Norwegians have little to complain about in terms of life evaluation with one of the best social security systems in the world and a thriving economy which is based on the responsible management of it's neutral resources; It means collectively many in the country feel secured and happy and of course living in a country where spending time outdoors is venerated.

Norway's outstanding beauty surely helps too. A drive through Norway is a constant surprise with rugged landscapes and sophisticated cities. Furthermore, Norway has mostly been successful in keeping COVID-19 mortality rate low mitigating the economy impact of lockdown.

I moved to a country in Eastern Europe to get a degree in medicine sometime in April this year and up till now I have always minded my business. I don’t even bother mingling with the locals because I can’t speak their language yet so I just stay indoors and play my ps5. I have never had any issue with the locals before until now. I live in a one bedroom apartment and I don’t even know who my co-tenants are as I go in and out without acknowledging any of them. I meet them and I go my way. The only issue I had one time was with a tenant who reported me to the landlady that I left the door leading to our apartments open and since then I have never made that mistake again. Occasionally when I jog in the evening I hear side laughters and talks as I jog past them but I always tell myself that they might not be talking about me or maybe they are not used to seeing black guys jog. Fast forward to today, I decided to do my laundry and when I went to my balcony to air my laundry(I live in the 3rd floor), guess what I saw. A used wrapped sanitary towel was lying on the floor in my balcony. I know it’s recent because it’s month end and month end is when most girls/women get their monthly visitor. I don’t feel sad or pity for myself, I feel rage because if I had caught the white trash who did this, I would have punched her so hard in her stomach, she won’t have to worry about anymore monthly visitors till she dies. It’s still there on my balcony in case anyone wants pictures undecided undecided
Hello...
I think I understand from your point of view, you mind your business to avoid trouble for yourself. I get it!
Even though the disgusting person that put that in your balcony cannot be justified, I still advice you try being a little friendly, social and kind to your neighbors and those in your school. People talking and laughing doesn't always imply they're talking about you, I think you are just insecured because of stories you have heard about racism.

Some whites can be annoying and overbearing but a lot of em are nice, well depending on your behavior. You don't expect to smile at you when you are avoiding them. Take it easy and trying greeting them with a smile sometimes, being nice has its own benefit.

Honestly... I have learnt it the hard way that justifying females is both a waste of time and energy. I don't care her reasons for being in his house but she has no right whatsoever to snap his kitchen and post it online.

And pretty dumb of her not to think of what people has to say about her reasons for being in a man's house. The dude himself is a living pig but no matter what! That lady's action was just too dumb and I don't like people entertaining her by criticizing that guy. Perhaps too dumb to realize some information can be gotten through her pictures meant to shame, she cooked in a dirty kitchen, ate there and still has the audacity to snap it? Girl!!!!

I can't stand people that Invade on other people's privacy as a source of entertainment to them. Especially those self-proclaimed feminist who have nothing better to criticize every aspect of people's life when they have no life.

Before anyone quote me as a misogynist, I'm a Lady who respect hardworking ladies. Not females whose existence is more of a liability.

LiteratureRe: Chronicles Of The Liar by BlackSan(op): 8:16am On Aug 10, 2021
*Chronicles Of The Liar 7*

I gasped in surprise, seeing it was the guy I bummed into the other day in school. I felt restless, biting my finger as I thought about all the things I openly shared with him, that was when it dawn to me that an innocent, good-looking guy like him was a masochist. While staring at his picture, he sent me a message and the following conversation took place.

*Hi, what are you up to?*
*Nothing.*
*Where are you?*
*In my room*
*Seriously? you don't like going out or you don't have a place to go?*
*Both of them!*
*Lol... what if I invited you out? let's just take a stroll around the school*

He already knew who I was, not sure how to respond to him, so I decided to bluntly ask him.

*You knew who I was?*
*Well yeah? did you intend to keep that a secret?*
*No... that's not it. But I'm curious, how did you know?*
*Your pictures! I went through your post and I was surprised to see it was the little cutie who mistook me as me for a female. So can we still see today?*

I don't know what came over to I agreed to his request, he suggested I picked a location and I picked the lagoon. I spent wasted time changing into different wears, not sure why but a part of me wanted to look attractive to him. I ended wearing a blue gown which was below my knees and a straight wig to cover my messy hair. My mom had bought the gown for a party which I ended not going, the upper part of the gown hugged my body, while the lower part was flair.

As I went out to school, I kept thinking of questions to ask in order to avoid an awkward meeting. I wasn't good in conversing with people so I never really indulge in group conversations. When I got to the entrance of the Lagoon, I felt nervous, like a sacrificial lamb about to be slaughtered. I looked over my dress to be certain I look good when someone tapped me on the shoulder.

*Sofia?*
It was Michael, he looked at me from my head downwards in surprise over and over again without saying anything.
*Can you stop staring at me like you saw a ghost, I'm getting uncomfortable.*
*You look different... and cute!*

I flushed at his honesty, that was the first time someone aside my parents complimented my dressing. Before I could reply him, someone tapped my back, It was the cute guy whom I made plans with, he had his phone glue to his ear like he was about to make a call, when I phone rang.

*You are... Sofia?* A closer look at him made me realize, he was very tall and even though he wore a big hoodie, he had a broad shoulder and big hands.

*You know him?* Michael's question snapped me out of my thoughts as I quickly reacted.
*Oh yes yes... I'm Sofia* I smiled nervously. Micheal left us, saying a friend was waiting for him but I noticed he had a disappointed expression though I wasn't sure why.

We walk around the lagoon, admiring the beautiful scene before us in silence. I couldn't think of something to say and I looked at him, he had a smile on his face which made him very attractive, I couldn't believe I would walk beside such a good looking guy. I couldn't contain the awkwardness as I decided to initiate a conversation.

*So... uhm well... the lovely weather is quite lovely today, right?*
*Yeah.*
*well... so uhn... what department are you?*
*Law.*
*Oh wow, what level?*
*300 level.*
*Oh right! I never asked for your name*
*Richard.*
His answers were always short and simple with a stoic expression that I had to give up, I felt sad the date wasn't what I had anticipated. While walking with him, he looked and sounded like a total different person.

We stopped and sat on a big wood close to the body of water. I was getting impatiently bored of the silence and his formal personality which made me uncomfortable. While I was thinking of excuses to go back to my house, he broke the silence.

*How did you realize you were into BDSM??* he asked with his eyes fixed on me.
*uhm... well I came across a manga that had bdsm feature in it, uhm it was actually... a gay manga. Seeing a guy being subdued at the mercy of another excited me and that was how I got hooked* I search for a surprise reaction from him but he remained calm with a stoic expression that held no impression for my story.
*Oh... okay. Have you ever tried it before?*
*Now now it's my turn to ask, How did you realize you were into BDSM?* I smiled, looking forward to hear his own experience. He stared at me for a second while I flushed and looked away, trying not to make an eye contact with him.
*It just happened. When I was little, it always made me happy when I saw people cry. Their expression which befit that of a helpless victim excite me to the point that I always made my sister cry. My parents saw me as a strange child who they couldn't understand. I couldn't maintain a relationship because the most of the ones I dated were too boring and clingy. And the ones that broke up with me complained I was too aggressive.*

nigeriandream14:
Driving a used car in Nigeria is almost equivalent to driving a brand new car in America. Hope you know it takes most Americans 5yrs to complete the loan on their cars? A used car bought for $10,000 and shipped down to Nigeria will surely cost over 10million naira these days after adding the cost of shipping and profit being made selling it. So you see it is the same thing. At least over 100million Nigeria have over 4million naira in their account as we speak. Thats a very small money that can't do much. In Lagos today half of that is what you pay to rent a three bedroom house
Honestly I had initially promised myself not to be swayed by irrelevant comments from an ignorant fellow who is obviously trolling but for the sake of those reading who might be mislead by such nonsense, I decided to comment.

First of all, let's talk about how you have ignorantly posted wrongs assumptions that even an illiterate would be shocked to listen to. *The majority of the electronics imported into Nigeria are all second-hand,* meaning they have been used by their citizens, so stop assuming imported cars coming into the country are new ones.

I guess if you were any sensible you would have an idea of your beloved country's policy.

When the Nigeria govt requested for a loan from the IMF in the past, the World Bank gave two conditions before giving out the loan.
Firstly, Nigeria would accept anything imported into the country (That makes your beloved country a dumping ground for European countries)
Secondly, The devaluation of naira (which is one of the reasons why #500 naira is equivalent to $1).

EVEN if new cars are imported into the country, how many people do you think can afford it? You do realize in international trade, you can't trade in naira, you have to covert your money to dollar. Let's assume used cars in Europe are sold for $30,000, when converted to naira that's 12.3M and you have to pay some clearance fees so before you finish with the whole procedure, you will spend a lot of money.

That's the difference!! there's a huge difference in standard of living in both countries. I concluded you have a birdbrain when you assumed anyone can buy build a bank. You know nothing about the basic standard of living in Nigeria, you know nothing.

*Chronicles Of The Liar 6*

I looked at his face closely and slowly looked down to his trouser and back to his face as he burst into laughter. *I am sorry... it's not what you think, I mean it's not like I was insinuating that... uhm... you are a girl or anything* I said, waving my hands in demonstration in panic, when he gently held my hand and smiled, *it's cool, I'm not offended okay?*

I stared at him for some couple of seconds which went longer like a Zee world series, except the fact that there was no wind blowing my hair, or music to keep the mood alive or flying scarf which could increase the chance of us making physical contact. l couldn't help but admire his face which was beautifully constructed by his maker.

The shape of his small face, with long lashes like that of a lady, a pointed nose like that of an Arab, dark eyes to compliment his long lashes, and pink lips that could capture a female's heart whenever he smiled. While I was still staring at him, his phone rang and he hurriedly left.

When I got home, I laid on my bed as I recalled all the events that occurred that day. my thoughts were mostly on Micheal, I couldn't dismiss the fact that he knew my fetish but I was curious what he was after. I stretch my hands above my head and closed my eyes...

My hands were tied to my back and my eyes blind folded, unable to properly move because I can't see his face and when I tried to move backyard, he pulled my legs closer to him and spread my legs wide, embarrassed, excited, scared, of his gaze which I couldn't see, yet I felt them piercing my skin. I felt a warm, tip of his tongue slowly glide into me, moving back and forth as I held my mouth to suppress my voice. My legs wouldn't stop shaking as I kept breathing heavily.

After a while, He raised his head up and smirked at me mischievously. I wanted more, I wanted him to make a mess of me until I'm unable to move. His piercing gaze which held only lust in them was fixed on my expression, the tears which slowly crawl down my sweaty face, he raised me up from my waist and placed me on top of his thigh.

*Tell me what you want!* he whispered, kissing me on my neck while my body wouldn't stop reacting to his touch. I could feel his hard bulge which felt like it was going to bust through his trouser and ravage me. I shyly tucked my hair aside and said in a low voice *ple... please mess me up!*

When the words left my lips, I opened my eyes to the reality that I was dreaming, Thanos quote just popped my head, *reality is often disappointing* as I took a snack from my fridge and ate my depression away. It was nothing new, I always had the strangest dreams, though Africans would term them *a sign of spiritual husband or being possessed by a demon,* that was the only way I was able to comfort my sexual urge.

The following day, I decided to skip class to avoid Micheal, and I used my day in watching anime, eating and chatting. When I got bored of watching anime, I resort to eating and when I grew bored of it, I went on social media to check out the latest news. While going through a trend about an equipment used for sexual activities, Orion cuffs, which is used to handcuff one's partner during a pre-intimacy before sex. Some people (Nigerians especially) criticized the product, some comments displayed Hot, dirty individuals but I noticed a comment from an individual who was trying to defend the importance and use of the product though his words only agitated the crowd against him.

I replied his tag saying, *it's of no use trying to enlighten them, just ignore their comments.* After sending my reply, in less than three seconds, he replied back, *Thanks, I will keep that in mind. by the way are you familiar with this equipment?*
I replied affirmative and that was how we started chatting. We share secrets of our desires and kinks said nothing about our personal life. He always gave me updates on new equipment and their uses. Even though the stranger was a guy, I wasn't shy to tell him my desires, probably because it was nothing more than a mere chats to me and we won't ever meet... or so I thought.

On a Sunday evening, the sun was still up in sky, acting like an aesthetic for the clouds. It was the only quiet and peaceful day of the week. It magic of anime wasn't working, I had no friends who could come over and so, I turned to social media. Checking up my friend who shared had the same fetish with me, I noticed he had updated his picture, and when I checked, I opened my mouth in shock...

TravelRe: Stop Traveling Without A Skill. by BlackSan: 9:55am On Jul 28, 2021
Hightser:
Greetings all, I feel it’s pertinent to address this issue, the travel section of nairaland is always busy with travel topics or questions about people who wish to migrate, I made a post last time about wanting to travel to Dubai and most people asked me to debunk the idea that Dubai is a difficult place to survive cause there are no jobs there.

A certain NLnder who landed in Dubai also has confessed that the only available jobs are factory jobs, car wash jobs etc. this is to say that he actually settled for one of such. Truth is, you raised about 1.5m naira in Nigeria only to travel to Dubai for menial jobs and he also stated that the high paying jobs are reserved for Indians and Americans.

My question is, if the high paying jobs were not reserved for Indians and Americans, what skill do you actually have to gain such jobs?

Imagine how much hours and how long you would have to work doing menial jobs in Dubai before you can recover the over 1million spent in traveling.

Even while in Nigeria, most people with skill are still earning and living well and maybe planning to japa too.

This post is for whom it may concern, stop traveling without a skill, if you cannot do a car wash job here in Nigeria and you can not also do a factory job here, why go over there to do it and how many years do you think you can do it to raise something tangible?

Well, I am a product designer (ui/ux) also learning flutter development, as I’m typing this post, my phone battery is low, network is slow, generator noise from the neighbors is very disturbing, this and more are the reasons I have decided to travel to Dubai, stay indoors and do my freelance jobs if I don’t see any company to employ me in this tech field and maybe when I raise money from there, I can then migrate to a country with stable economy.

Thanks for reading.
High seconded!!!
You spoke sense in your post.
Honestly, in as much as people get opportunities to travel to developed countries, some of them end up complaining about not being able to fit in with the difficult system.

Now, don't get me wrong, going to a new environment might be challenging for some people but ,*"He who fails to plan, plans to fail"*

Having learned a skill with certain years of experience will gives you certain advantage over migrants who only has degree.

*He has brain, should use it wisely* Browse out the sought out skills for the country you intend to migrate to, don't go unplanned and come to Nairaland ranting about the difficulties of the system over there.

Spinojaja26:
Please friends is it possible to confirm Spain's visa using pin only without passport? I paid 1.5m to my agents for Spain working visa, they said my visa is out but I can have my passport after paying extra 400k, but I was given pin number for me to use to confirm the visa. How possibly is this?
Pardon me,
You have been here since 2016, you even have several threads on different topics so I assume you have experience.

Now, you paid an agent almost 2M only to come here asking us if you were scammed?

Don't get me wrong, I never said your agent is a scammer, he might be the real deal. But my annoyance is that you chose to ask after having paid that huge amount of money.

Honestly, you guys should stop this!!!
You can't come to ask for travelling advice on how to go about it but after paying an agent, you guys hurry here like a victim like annoying headlines like *Have I been scammed?*

There's no naivety here. I only quoted applicable law to you not how I feel about what transpired. I also mentioned that regardless of the intention of the guy, the lady is at fault for driving him along a high way on the bonnet. I didn't insult the lady; only that she didn't have to put it on social media.

BTW, the part of if you are an unemployed lawyer was not directed to you. It was generic as separated from the sentence. Dont be slow and no emotions dude!
Okay.

That shows how unlearned you are too. This is explicitly stated in the Nigerian high way code. You cannot drive your car with someone hanging on the bonnet or roof? She just posted a video to convict her. Her best was to call a policeman's attention to his behavior. worst case, drive to the nearest police station and report, before going on highway.
She is evidently at fault here, regardless of the intention of the 'agbero'.
If you are an unemployed lawyer on nairaland, try locate the 'agbero' and take it up. Small pepper go rest. Teach #everythingononsocialmedia generation some lessons.
Your whole sentence goes further to prove how naive you are in your thinking, you proved impossible in comprehending a simple story and you went further to to assume I'm"unemployed", that's too low of you.

Did you read the whole story? A guy claiming fortress ownership over an unpacked space. The lady's fault was not giving him a Little change (#500 maybe), not insulting the lady when you can't put yourself in her shoes. That's is why I suggest you use your brain not your emotions.
