I remember once when i called glo's customer service. They kept me on hold for God knows how long. When the guy finally picked, he started asking me dumb questions. I tried to tell him that was not my issue and to explain the issue. U should have seen how he shouted at me, like i was a little kid. I almost cried out in frustration. He then told me that he is transferring me and then cut the call!

I jejely stomached the insult and went to their office to lay my complaint. At least that one, no one can shout at you nor drop the phone on you.

I use etisalat bis and it has been smooth sailing. My husband wants 2 dump his MTN for Etisalat. The day I had Etisalat issue was d day I knew the customer service was crap. All the original poster said was correct. The annoying part is when they say do a hard reset and they have fixed it. In 30mins, u should be able to browse. 1hr later, u are still where u are. After 3 days, they sent me an sms that it can't be configured over the air. I should go to their experience center. I was so pissed.

I went to their shop n it was worse. First they said their bb server was down. Next they said the whole hard n soft reset. Then they will just be pressing the phone like they know what they are doing. What r u looking for? Network options. Why did u not just ask me, they will be looking like mumu. 5 days before they rectified d problem n no compensation.

One of my uni classmates once featured as a Sun girl. She was just a normal everyday girl but after that, she started feeling like d finest girl in d world. It paid off 4 her cos she finally got a guy who called her n was her mugu till she left school.

I don't have a medical background but i have heard a little about Endometrioses. Is it not a disease of the womb? How is that related to the lungs? For her to give birth though she had the illness, i can imagine the amount of procedures she had to do to have her kids. Maybe a doctor can confirm?

Which kain happy birthday? On my way to work this morning, I noticed the other side of the road was unusually free. Then I saw traffic hold up on my lane. By the time we got there, it was to see FRSC and LASTMA cordoning off the way to National Stadium and people begging them to let them through. Moved on a bit and I saw the other lane totally blocked. LASTMA et al did not even allow people to move on the main expressway not to mention the service lane. That hold up continued way part my turn off. SMH.

What kind of man is he? How can you give to less privileged one day and then the next you are riding roughshod over people? Either the guy get small craze for head or all that philanthropy was just to beguile people.

I don't knw why i find her story hard to believe. Why don't u do a HIV test and then confirm your own status before you start talking about a wife. Also, there is nothing wrong with marrying a HIV positive person. There are ways to prevent the transmission to an unborn child.

Aveeno is rather thick and will be better during cold or harmattan season not this heat wave we are currently experiencing. She will sweat a lot. If her skin is very dry, you can use any type of baby oil.

Continuing my story....

My baby is 13 months and i am a couple of months gone. It was initially what i wanted but not now. Situations have changed and i am not so thrilled about being preggies again. I haven't even started antenatals though i take my vitamins and have done a scan.

This one is not as smooth as the first one. I am always tired, had morning sickness for a bit though i have now been able to control it. I sneak off from my office and sleep for 2 hrs in the afternoon (almost got into trouble with my supervisor). My baby is so demanding right now that i don't know how i will cope. I am still trying to hide the pregnancy in my office till the new financial year so that i won't run foul of their (in my opinion) redundant Hr policies. I really do not know how long i can hide it as i am now showing. Just a tough situation.
