Went to MTN Customer Care at Surulere cos i had a problem with my internet modem. They said it could not be fixed so i had to buy a new one. The guy now helped me transfer the credit from the old sim to the new one. Do u know that he transferred N500 to his own phone? I went home and noticed that there was no N500 extra that shld have been there. At first, i thought it was not possible but i continued calculating and then found how to check the outgoing messages on the modem. I called him by 4am and told him to return my credit or i will make sure he loses his job and cut the phone. He sent it sharp sharp. That was the last time i went there. Such a thief. Wish i could remember his name.

Union Bank at Trans Amadi Port Harcourt. Can u imagine that they sent me to use their security men's toilet when i was pressed? They have such a large building but no one dey come there. They had just two tellers. The person that i escorted to the bank stood in front of one of them for 30mins before she answered him. She was posting a NEPA bill. The other one just threw her face away and then went to gossip with the customer care woman so he had no option than to wait for NEPA bill woman till she had finished. Then it took her another 30mins to post his transaction which was a money transfer to his parents in the village.

These women are old women o! not young girls so u would expect them to be more mature.

Nigerian Immigration are the worst. I paid for 2 e-passports for my baby and myself since April at the Lagos passport office. This is August and they said i should come and collect my baby's own. My own nko? No way. When i got there. They were beefing me for paying into the bank and no one agreed to attend to us. After 2 hrs, i matched straight to the office of whoever was registering there and started crying that they left my baby in the sun before the he-goat attended to us.

I can physically injure any HITV customer service operative. Because of them, i did not watch Champions league finals last year. I paid and could not be connected. I called the first time and it was fixed. But 30mins later it went off again and that was where the nightmare started.

After following all steps, they said i should leave it on Gamji and it would work after 20 mins. After an hr, i called back and we went through the same song and dance though slightly longer. After another hr, i called back and they still wanted me to do the same things. I was frustrated and said that i won't drop that she should hold the line until the thing is sorted out. All of this na my credit o. The chic just cut me off and i was not able to connect with their customer care again that day. I av since packed it up and will destroy it soon.

Diamond Bank off Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt. Diamond bank Enugu, Lagos etc have always given me the best of services but that one! Hmmmm.

I waited 2 hrs after dropping a check to my own account. No one explained what was causing the delay. I waited and waited and waited. Finally, they said their system was down and the CTSS had to approve the check. I got fed up and went to the CTSS and asked what was delaying the check, he just threw the check at me and kept on doing what he was doing. I cried that day out of frustration. Was it cos of this yeye NYSC uniform that the iidiot would treat me this way? I had to go to GTbank to withdraw money @ their ATM.

Every month, without fail, whether Diamond bank are downsizing or not, i pray that that man loses his job and is sacked in a very embarrassing way. May he never see promotion in his life. Wicked human being.

Really, the Cinemas should have some standard and shouldn't be an all comers/every producer/every movie affair. Too many mediocre and wack films (Nigerian & Foreign) are shown at the Cinema these days.  eg Mirror Boy, Dangerous Men, that Stephanie Okereke film about a baby etc

Since the last Emitee wrote and spoke with GERMAN007, it's been one excuse to the other, he actually had the guts to ask Emitee what gain was achieved by coming to spill the beans on NL. Movie is only worth watching on Wednesdays when it is N600 and even then, i would rather buy a pack of rice. The movie is even more boring than normal Nollywood movie. I felt so cheated when i watched it.
