@Mama Kendra, white fast is wen u break ur fast with white foods only.E.g rice without salt,no palm oil,pepper,sugar etc.It's also called dry fasting.As regards d Tiger nut I got to know abt it from dis forum, it's also called Aki Awusa or Ofio/Omu in Yoruba.You can type it in d search column u ll see more details on it.

@ mamakendra, It's God o...I went on 3 days white fasting,he took Oligacare then I made sure he drinks a lot of water& milk,tiger nut was also included in his diet.

Dear family,am back, i went silent coz I wanted to put my mind off ttc( though I peep once in a while).I av a little testimony,my husband's latest sfa shows his sperm count has increased to 73million from 6 million. even his morphology has increased it's now 50:50 unlike 60% abnormal b4.His sperm appearance is no longer watery but now creamy.However, I still need advises from sabi sabi mamas concerning d motility,d percentage of d fast one's is still small.Am sorryfor the long post,baby dust to us all.

What I am trying to say is Airtel's call centre is runned by two diff outsourcing companies:Techmahindra(Abeokuta) and Spanco(Ibadan).So whichever of the companies you applied at dat's where u ll work.

If it's d same Airtel Call Centre job dat am aware of d locations are in Ibadan&Abeokuta.Airtel has no hand in d recruitment because deh don't run it directly.it is being run by Spanco&Techmahindra and d pay is 40k as said.As regards d recruitment I ll advise u contact their Hr.
