Might be a peculiar case. Because all the issues you listed are not issues. A colleague of mine uses this phone and he's saying it is one of the best he has seen in terms of battery capacity and the camera is okay too.

Why not ask him how the graphics looks like compared to any infinix phone alive, mostly when watching videos or viewing pictures. It's nothing to write home about when it comes to graphics compared to infinix phones graphics.

For the rooting aspect just enter Google and type search how to root tecno L9plus, and you will get all the solutions there, then for the gta

Create a folder named com.rockstargames.gtasa in memory card/Android/obb
And move the two files u got there. One is about 1.8gb and the other is about 500+ kilobyte
Then install the main application and play. It will definitely play well

For those of you complaining about the L9plus navigation button not lighting and other brands and models, here is a solution for you guys.
First head to play store and download this app (softkeys) and (virtual softkeys) but i will prefer u download the one named softkey because the softkeys can be adjusted as you can see on the tecno L9plus screenshots below.

I have seen so many people complaining that they were unable to see or view their battery percentage on the L9plus, so i decided to try my luck in anyway i could, so this evening i headed to the playstore and downloaded this app below.
After downloading just install and activate battery percentage then u can uninstall the app but still the percentage will still always be there because the app normally activates it in system, to deactivate it you have to download the app again and untick battery percentage.

Bro, why don't u give us an explanation concerning the L9plus when charging and the screen light should on, even when not browsing or playing games so far the screen light is on it takes like four ever to get just 1%, i could vouch for the fast charge that it's superb with the tecno follow come charger because it's really super fast when the screen light it's off.
I want u to observe your phone with the points i highlighted above and give us feedback here

Am using my phone in viva settings, u can do that in display, I also activated high contrast font u can do that in accessibility settings, if u wants me to switch it off and leave it at default I can do that right now for u to see.
The upper its switched on, why i switched it off at the lower image, can u spot the difference now?
