OP you didn't mention charging the phone to full speed when you newly bought the phone.
Some of the issues you even mentioned are things you can fix yourself. It's not a Tecno issue guy

I still use the L9 Plus and the battery still lasts for over a day with heavy usage and I've been using it for months, when I first bought it I abused the battery by not charging it, cause long lasting battery

For the call volume, tbh that happens sometimes and it's hard to tell if it's the phone but it's always loud enough.

I've used both fone and I can confirm to u that L9plus has d stronger ba3. Anyone that says otherwise bought or used a fake l9plus
