let's get this clear ,a foetus is not a person, it more like a seed which requires the right condition and environment to grow which is why some women have etopic pregnancies and miscarriages. Now pregnancy takes place under different circumstances, not necessarily because the person was not conscious or careful, contraceptives fail(as we now have fake postinor and daily pill in Nigeria), condoms burst .

That being said , I would also like you to know that not only single ladies have abortions ,even married women who due to circumstance either career wise or for convenience also have abortions too.
