1. We have it in abundance.
2. It is a far cheaper alternative than PMS.
3. It is a cleaner energy.
4. It's more futuristic.

Dangote is a greedy businessman who likes monopolizing any sector he is involved. If there is no monopoly for him, his business doesn't survive. This man is neither smart nor astute as he is being presented. Otherwise, he would know how to make his business even in a competitive environment. The reason he decided to build the largest refinery is because of greed and his monopolistic tendencies. This man wanted to control our fuel supplies completely so he can set prices arbitrarily and muzzle out any competition. Now it has backfired. He couldn't complete the massive refinery on time, and the more he delays, the more PMS is phased out globally, including Africa.

Nigerians will switch to CNG because that's the most viable solution for both the country and its citizens.

We will switch to electric, not CNG.
