Stayed 15 years in Benin so I understand.

Funny thing is agberos rained that time. BUT Benin was still safe even at night. Then we wud leave school and be wandering everywhere at night frm 11pm to 4am.



Can't really say the same for obasekis era.
Left when he entered and boy, the rate of robbery was so astronomical esp in the evenings. Mind u, agberos didn't have mouth again when obasekis entry.
