When we talk about strong institutions, this is what we are saying. We have no strong institutions. Imagine the way the courts are disobeyed. Why wouldn't they? Who in their right sense will look at a fascist state like Nigeria and take it serious? That is why we can't have investors or nothing. The sleazebags in charge of this country have deplored it's values so much that we can't have nothing, I mean nothing going for it. Imagine a country where a criminal case against the police will have only the police investigating and giving Forensic evidence in court. Why wouldn't things be messed up?
