Hope it's not true. I want him to defend himself. If you don't have skeleton in your cupboard what are you afraid of.

And for Ganduje also your time will come after immunity.

Cc: blue3k
Lol they better not start this again. The justice system should work without one of the prominent figures or courts meddling. Its only a few people on this website that are wise to the fact both parties are dirty. If that's case they should both go sit in jail together.
PoliticsRe: Kano State Governor 'ganduje' Suspend Emir Of Kano 'mallam Sanusi II' See Reason by Blue3k(m):
Dont know how true this news is but it would make sense. There's clearly alot corruption in the Emirate. They need to suspend all parties under investigation so they cant cover their tracks. After that they should prosecute.

Curlieweed:
That will still be problematic because 39,000 grams is a mere 39 Kg.

This is why some of us don’t put any stock in any statistics coming from the government. It is mostly inelegant guesswork.
Ok checked both releases it was a typo on NBS part when making info graphic. I wouldn't say a typo indicates guess work but you're free to your opinion. I think they're best source on topics like this. I dont see any credible alternatives.

Curlieweed:
Your Osun chart says 39,000 tons. I don’t see anyone in your current chart doing 1000 tons, not to talk of 39,000. There is something clearly wrong with the data. Maybe they got there units mixed up.
I think that's a typo. The gold says grams on side. Then tons on right hand side
PoliticsRe: Zamfara: Gold Mining By Ftos At The Heart Of The Crisis by Blue3k(m): 8:05pm On Jun 05, 2019
Curlieweed:
While I don’t believe that any government (even one led by a dotard like our current Presidiot) would willingly allow huge swathes if it’s territory to become lawless, you need to check the numbers you posted for Osun State. The figure 39k tons of gold isn’t credible. The country with the highest gold ore reserves is Australia with 9,800 metric Tonnes.
Yes it is credible this mined gold. Alot of countries mine much more gold in a year than this. China mined much more gold than that. Having bigger reserves doesn't mean you have more output necessarily.

Why do you believe NBS and ministry of mines and steel aren't credible Authority's on mining output?

Heres a Forbes link.

You're clearly mentally challenged. I called you out fact you couldn't provide any details about fake claims. You ran away when asked for location of illegal mines and picture of those of camel caravans moving gold. I never disagreed about the fact illegal mining took place loser.

I had thread before you documenting this fact on front page before u anyway. Lol you're still running away cry like the gentic defect you are.

PoliticsRe: National I.D Card Production Problem by Blue3k(m):
The issue is its free from what I read. Drivers licenses and passports relatively easy to obtain. The national ID card suffers frequent shortages because everyone wants one even if they dont need it. The government has to budget money to subsize everyones demand for said product.

Notice service delivery is trash. They dont mail any of these cards out. The just whine saying x amount of cards go uncollected. They act like the Nigerian postal service disbanded.

Why Isnt the government mailing PVC, drivers licenses and other cards?

PoliticsRe: Kano Anti-corruption Commission Recommends Emir Sanusi’s Suspension by Blue3k(m):
Lol they started the game again. Kano going to have funny stories this year. Lets see if Gandolla smokes Sanusi out this time. Personally I think Sanusi is greasy like the governor. The basic plebs see everything in good guy badguy dichotomy.

Anyway I blame the courts for ruining the fun and stopping investigation by state assembly. Daily Nigerian was busy exposing him each week releasing a new video of him till the recicived an injunction. I see KACC as partisan pets of administration but whatever.

PoliticsRe: Buhari Approves State, LG Police by Blue3k(m): 5:08pm On Jun 03, 2019
Deadlytruth:
What I read in the link is that he described it as a great idea but highlighted and even gave kudos to a governor who had started putting up a state owned security architecture but highlighted the temporary constraints which may be faced by the governors of interested states. He specifically mentioned funding which we all sincerely know some states will face. His mention of governors there was not in the sense that they will abuse it for election heist as peddled by the PDP. I therefore don't see how such stance translates to a position against it unlike Jonathan who declared totally that he didn't want it because it would worsen the already bad security situation.
Even those of us applauding the final approval now know deep down in us that only states like Lagos, Rivers, Ogun, Edo, Delta, Kaduna, Oyo, Anambra, Imo and Akwa Ibom may be able to bear the burden of funding.
I believe state police was in Jonathan's confab. Anyway Buhari never openly through his weight behind it till today. Premiumtimes and the guardian both covered him being wary of the idea September 2018. Its up to people advocating to figure out how to pay. The economy is plenty big enough. There's income taxes, propery taxes, sales taxes and maybe vat.

Deadlytruth:
Can you please share the link to one of such articles here? I can bet that you won't find any. However I can show you a link to where Buhari threw his weight behind decentralization of the police far before now. The PDP created that default perception you hold about Buhari's take on this matter.
You lost your bet. He was wary of idea because of funding and governors. Osinbsjo was the one openly calling for this development.

PoliticsRe: Buhari Approves State, LG Police by Blue3k(m): 4:44pm On Jun 03, 2019
Deadlytruth:
Buhari was never at any time against decentralization of the police. It was the PDP that created that impression through through the false narrative that he was against it so as to clear the coast for Fulani Herdsmen expansionist match to the Atlantic Ocean yet the same PDP itself never approved state police. In fact Jonathan never missed an opportunity to clearly state his aversion for state police on the rather shallow and frivolous excuse that it would be abused by governors for political heist.
I dont believe that I read plenty of articles that state he was wary of the idea. It was Osinbajo that openly gave his support.

Dont elect idiots in state assembly. Theyre their to check governor. If laws are made right the police wont be mere lapdogs to executive.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Approves State, LG Police by Blue3k(m): 4:08pm On Jun 03, 2019
tactius:
Don't like state police for 2 reasons

1.Funding...who is going to fund the state police?? (Don't tell me it is the Federal Government).

At the end of the day, TAXES are going to go up to fund the state police.

2.Tribalism. Especially in states with multiple tribes, and states that have settlers from outiside. (And don't tell me it won't happen).
1. Naturally the institution creating them. Who cares if taxes go up? It should be expected if you want government services you'll have to pay more taxes. The government doesn't do magic.

2. The federal police didnt disappear and people will be allowed to sue. If its local government police its less likely dominated by one tribe. You'll get a mix of people in department. What you have to worry about is police being another gang in blue or black.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Approves State, LG Police by Blue3k(m):
This is great I'm glad Buhari has changed his mind on subject. Policing should naturally be devolved to lowest level. National assembly needs to vote on it asap. He also needs to decentralize prisons. Its the logical move.

Just apply for drilling license or whatever they ask for. It should be similar to applying for mining licenses. If the island has oil in commercial quantity private investors will find their way sooner or later.

If your heart is set on NNPC good luck to you. I'll give the island a read. It might be interesting place to visit.

Ogun has been confirmed by nnpc to have oil but no drilling has started as government is wasting money on oil drilling in northern nigeria
Why you worried about NNPC prospecting the oil? You can go test your luck their. If you find anything the government will gladly follow behind you to extract the tax money and get their JV stake. Is it NNPC drilling the oil in lagos or some private company that bringing it to market.
