Building a house is not easy my brother
You will only appreciate the post u quoted if u have built a house. At a point u will start regretting who sent u to build. When u see the volume of money leaving your account on daily basis and the house is still yet to be completed, u begin to question yourself if it is really a wise investment. Because when u go take recoup this money, how much is even the rent? Building a house is expensive & not for those coming up

There is also no reward in helping ur fellow struggling man, it is almost not different from the urgent 2k. I remember spending a lot on a guy because I believed helping a woman was not worth it, I helped a lot of my fellow guys right from university days, but guess what, immediately they started doing well, they all got married, spending money on their wives & kids, when I see them, they only wave at me. The wives they are spending money on now was never there when things was rough. Any money u spend on ur fellow man is also waste, when he starts making it, he is going to spend on his wife & kids, not u. I am talking from personal experience. Honestly this is how majority naija girls reasons.

I remember one guy named ability in my former area back in 2012. This guy always pitied and rendered help to one girl, a single mother whose baby daddy no send at all. He helped her with money to feed sometimes and even buy drugs for her crawling baby.

This guy later left the area. One day some one mentioned this guy's name, the lady jumped in and said "oh ability used to be my mugu. Anytime I needed anything, I'll just ask him and he will drop sharp sharp". Imagine that.

Ability was just a kind hearted guy helping her o.

Na another guy who knows everything attacked her with vicious words. Reminding her how ability helped her treat her ailing child. Now the guy na mugu?

This is one reason men like sleeping with women they help. If that guy had slept with her, she wouldn't have made such statement

We should listen to our kids & take their complains seriously! This man crying now could have averted this young boy death if he had not treated the boy's complains with levity. He stated the boy complained to him about receiving death threats, what did he do? Wasn't that enough reason to withdraw the boy from that school?

His Parents failed him. He gave them all the signs indicating how life was miserable in that school, but they ended up not acting on it

They were very nonchalant about the whole thing. I blame them most!

The parents of this boy should also partake in the blame, they treated this issue with absolute levity! Even after receiving series of threat, why leave the kid in the school? The boy complained before now & they didn't take it serious. A 12 yr old kid saying he will get killed if he speaks up is enough reason for any sensible parent to withdraw such kid. This is just secondary school & not university.

It makes u a complete architect & if possible do it now. As u still have that working spirit. Coming back to do M.sc after sometime will no longer be easy for u to bend your back on your drawing board all day. Laziness will set in.

You can google it online. Buy from ledger site or amazon and ship to a dummy address. Don’t buy from any other place apart from this two places I mentioned. Ledger site preferably.
