Victor Osimhen worked really hard to get to where he is. He trained hard and fought tooth and nail to get better everyday. Am I there with him in training? Big No. But it's obvious from his play that this is a player ever hungry for more.

Sadly, most Nigerian players are not like this and that's why we don't see them play consistently. The moment many of them get to Europe or get 5good games of form, they drop off

One very good season out of 6 seasons so far the rest have been abysmally poor.

No amount of statistical manipulation is going to make him a top striker.

The key component for quality is CONSISTENCY, which in one regard he has been consistently poor.

If I was his advisors, I will tell him to win back to back Serbia A, become a Legend at Napoli before transferring elsewhere.
