Israel already has that just that the terrain in Iran is much more difficult. The situation here is quite different, the US does not want to get directly involved in the confrontation. Of course, we know they'll arm Israel and provide them with advance warning of Iranian attack but getting directly involved in the hostilities will likely take an Iranian attack on one of their Middle East bases to prompt that. All Israel requires is bunker buster bombs to neutralize the Iranian nuclear sites they already identified . They don’t need US special forces being deployed to fight alongside Israeli forces .
