Una just get yeye defenders sha ! |
Amigoss:I listened to overkilling on slow beat recently , Omo Djinee really cooked with the lyrics of that song . |
A40:What packaging did he give his first 3 albums that made them blow ? U can argue that 9ice fell off , that 9ice’s work wasn’t as quality as they used to be or he lost his mojo; but talking about packaging that one no enter at all. I already mentioned it that artists like Olamide kept on pushing out works after works and they were in our faces . Even when some section of fans weren’t 4cking with him and some section of music listeners claimed he shouts when singing ; he kept in doing his thing and never rested . People like 9ice went out of circulation and even their most loyal fans forgot about them. All those talk about packaging na just cap jare. |
A40:This is not true . You are making it sound like 9ice is some shitty ass Yoruba singer whose song/vibe can’t be enjoyed by non Yoruba speaker/Nigerian . That’s not the case . Songs like Gbamu Gbamu are not local as u are making it sound . Collabs like Street Credibility will rival any top collabo of any naija artist u may want to argue have more packaging than 9ice . The truth is 9ice just fell off and that’s that . It has nothing to do with not having packaging or his local pattern |
diggz:I bought hard copies of Versus and Bashorun Gaa he released same date . I don’t consider all those GRA/CNN as anything quality at all. That’s why I’m saying the marriage crisis messed him up . Versus and Bashorun Gaa were still quality songs , but as the whole marriage issue and his misadventure into politics happened after those two albums be his body of work became shiit. |
diggz:I don’t know about Tekno but I don jam 9ice for 3 different parties since he became less popular and he still had the same voice we listen to on his records. |
diggz:The beef and marital crisis affected his popularity . I’ve come to realize that in Nigerian music industry , u need to be releasing songs steadily and continue to be in people's face or else u will fade away no matter how talented u are . Initially I was one of the few Olamide fans that always complain about how he releases too many singles/albums . I felt he was releasing too many works and wasn’t spacing them enough . But seeing what happened to 9ice , I think Olamide knew what he was doing . In fact , I think Olamide going into studio and dropping at least one album and several singles every year is what has kept him up there till now . I don’t think it was really about 9ice losing his voice , it was just a case of 9ice being away from scene for too long and when he wanted to come back he was releasing songs that were mid at best. People wey no get voice reach am sef Dey release songs wey Dey bang. That his misadventure into politics also derailed his career . |
semid4lyfe:That marital crisis and resultant beef with rugged man ended 9ice’s career . He just lost focus , his lyrical tap ran dry and he just couldn’t produce hit any longer . |
Unlimited22:Una go so many bums on Una books both home and away to the extent that Una dey recall bums from loan to come and replace bums in the starting 11😂 |
Gary Neville labelled Arsenal defender Gabriel as 'disrespectful' after he was spotted laughing in the face of Manchester City striker Erling Haaland in Sunday's 5-1 win. The Gunners went 1-0 up at the Emirates Stadium in only the second minute courtesy of Martin Odegaard's third goal of the season.Source: Brilla FM on FB Gary Neville is definitely mad cos that's the only explanation for this hypocrisy. When Halland threw the ball at Gabriel's back of head he didn't talk about Halland being disrespectful ; just Gabriel jumping in Halland face to celebrate and he's yarning dust. |
Rice was almost involved in all the goals yesterday. He just dey press the city players, dey block attacking lines and dey spray pass upfornt to start attacking moves. I am glad we got Rice and not that we were foolishly trying to price him for less like we lost out on Suarez back then under Wenger. |
germaphobe:I will rather use the flower bouquet wipe spy for head ![]() Kai try for the game sha, bar for the yeye miss in the first half. |
Ibime:What about the girl? |
afrodoc2: ![]() Or that man that sang Gwon gwon gwon gwon. |
iamoyindamola: ![]() Yeah, that was the 1st leg of our match vs Man city while he was warming up. |
afrodoc2:I don't think he really knows much about the history of the award, he just dey vex say no be Artist wey dey sing in complete local dialect collect the award for an African category . |
Fkforyou:Since that North London Derby when he riled Dirty Spuds players up and Gestured our fans to "make some noise", I know he's one cocky gunner that will cook our rivals any day any time. ![]() |
afrodoc2:He is a Pan Africanist to a fault |
afrodoc2:Na Swiz talk say Saka should be ashamed for playing for England national team 😂😂😂 |
GloriousGbola: ![]() |
swiz123:Person win Grammy with the song " Love Me Jeje" , you say the song has no Africanness ![]() Shey Love me Jeje na opera music abi Orchestra ? |
swiz123:For award we be American award? Under which category dem for give am award o? Is she not an African ? U dey vex say America give an African an award in their own Music award under an African music category? ![]() |
swiz123:I didn't say he will do anything to them, rather I said " I am wondering what the APC supporters who have been bashing him since his ouster will do if and when he's reinstated ". I mean a whole lot of them that supported him up till December suddenly started bashing him and talking about his corruption allegations that has been in the news like forever . They all turned blind eyes to it and even the issue about his name not being in the Supreme court roll call for lawyers. Like , they dug out the 2020 issue when he was ousted and dared him to contest his ouster so he can be buried politically. I am wondering if such party members will swallow all of these and accept him to be their leader once more (The number 3 man in Lagos politics) or they will revolt . |
KingTom:We will be here to see the Atiku of Grammys try again next year. Insha Allah !
|
Sportsweb:Baba mi, plenty talk no dey full basket o. A wise man once said " Results cancel Insults" . Until that happens, I'm afraid u will have to endure the tag of "0 Grammy for Old cat " o ![]() |
iamoyindamola:Ah, that goal is lost was crazy! I was like : How can u not score when u have just one single player who can't use his hand staying in the middle of a wide goal post like that ? To me, it just seem like he was under a spell. He doesn't even need to do too much to score that ball sef. Odegaard scored his own with a keeper who can use hands in goal, but Havertz lose his own against a fellow player that wasn't even well positioned. I was just glad we won eventually . |
mostob:As in.... I was livid seeing him making a right hand side run , I wanted to cuss him out until I saw him get the pass from Martinelli and coverted it. Looking back now, I think he wanted to get the ball at an angle where he can whine it well and that was what he did. |
KingTom:Old cat with 14 years experience and 0 Grammy ![]() |
iamoyindamola:He actually played that ball he scored well. When I saw Martinelli sprinting with the ball and Havertz was running heading towards his right hand side I was livid that which kind wahala be this ? cos I expected him to run to the left thereby creating space for Martinelli to either take-on his man or shoot by himself. When Martinelli passed to him and he placed the ball into the net I was really relived cos I no just trust Havertz at all. |
iamoyindamola:I really hope too o. I was really mad at him when City equalized yesterday, let's just thank God city has been so poor this season cos that open net he lost could've hurt us a lot |
iamoyindamola:As we win emphatically that yesterday, I come begin fear say we fit no sign another striker o considering weyrey Havertz still later score ![]() |
izzou:None of it ends well; either setting tribes against each other or setting religions against each other. I saw his thread on the 1966 coup on Armed forces Remembrance Day (January 15th) and I say a lot of people cheering him on. The guy just dey fan ambers of war while he's far away from the heat. Now see what he's doing with religion and trying to pit Fulani against the Yorubas while he's an unconcerned 3rd party. If the government of the day keeps overlooking some of those inciting post of Reno, sooner or later he will cause big enough problem the government will be unable to contain. |
