Since yesteerday most of the blueticks known for bigotry on Twitter have been knocking Sanwoolu for suspending the Ridwane guy. Most of them are calling Sanwoolu weak and spineless for suspending him after he made tweet that is suggestive of extra judicial killings.

One maiyegun guy even said that is why he prefers a Muslim as Lagos governor because a Muslim will not be so weak to have suspended Ridwane who was chesting bigotry band for band on behalf of Sanwoolu.

One thing I observed in all of these is that most of those guys ehn, they are oblivious of the nuances of Sanwoolu's decision. That is Sanwoolu dissociating himself from the guy's careless utterances that can affect him in the future. He prolly don't want the shiit stain that can bring to him in the future when he's out of office.

The funny thing is the Ridwane guy's job involves print media and has nothing to do with all those needless social media diatribes he engages in regularly.

The Board and Management of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.) express heartfelt appreciation to Nigerians for their support and excitement over the safe and successful restart of the 60,000 barrels-per-day Old Port Harcourt Refinery. This achievement marks a significant step forward after years of operational challenges and underperformance.

We are, however, aware of unfounded claims by certain individuals suggesting that the refinery is not producing products. For clarity, the Old Port Harcourt Refinery is currently operating at 70% of its installed capacity, with plans to ramp up to 90%. The refinery is producing the following daily outputs:
• Straight-Run Gasoline (Naphtha): Blended into 1.4 million liters of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS or petrol)
• Kerosene: 900,000 liters
• Automotive Gas Oil (AGO or Diesel): 1.5 million liters
• Low Pour Fuel Oil (LPFO): 2.1 million liters
• Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG): Additional volumes

It is worth noting that the refinery incorporates crack C5, a blending component from our sister company, Indorama Petrochemicals (formerly Eleme Petrochemicals), to produce gasoline that meets required specifications. Blending is a standard practice in refineries globally, as no single unit can produce gasoline that fully complies with any country’s standards without such processes.

Additionally, we have made substantial progress on the new Port Harcourt Refinery, which will begin operations soon without prior announcements.

We urge Nigerians to focus on the remarkable achievements being realized under the able and progressive leadership of President Bola Tinubu, GCFR, and to support efforts aimed at delivering more dividends to the nation. Malicious attacks on clear progress only undermine the significant strides made by NNPC Ltd. and the country.

I'm disappointed honestly. I thought the whole Malta blending story by Dangote was hoax and his own way of winning the people to his side with propaganda. Now this 🤦‍♂️

Well, as a common man who has no skin in the game, I will be patiently watching what all of these will translate to as regards pump price of PMS.

To begin with, Osun state has no business with having an airport . Whether it is to be situated in Ido-Osun, Osogbo or Ede; there's actually no justification for building an airport in Osun state when the state is not economically viable.

All the states that have built airport in recent times from Eboyin to Ekiti state, the airports have proven to become loss making ventures for the respective states.

State governors should focus on developing their states economically and leave the nonsense bragging rights of owning an airport that will tie down capital without producing any substantial income in return. The airports in Akure and Ibadan should be enough to serve Osun state .

When I saw this post for the first time, I found it disturbing that a popular government appointee was suggesting extra-judicial killings, and wondered why it wasn't trending. It's commendable that it was noticed by other persons and action has been taken by the relevant agencies.

If appointed officials can lose all decorum and make statements like this in public, one can only but wonder the sort of harm they're doing in private. Another legacy of the APC government (especially Lagos state APC) is the absolute rascality of appointed officials. From Tokunbo Wahab to Ridwane and the MyLagosNotYourLagos guy, it's been an absolute mess.

Personally I think Sanwoolu does not have a grip on the public conduct of his aides, media assistants and appointees. Recently I sat down, looked at the administration of Sanwoolu and concluded that he is actually getting a lot of things right in terms of projects being executed and delivering on dividends of democracy in comparison to his peers.

However, he just seem to not have control over those aforementioned officials working with him and they send the wrong signal when they get sucked in by the negativity pervading the social media space and they lose their cool.

This particular Aje guy is one of the guys whose diatribe does more harm than good to Sanwoolu's administration. Being officials of a government , they should do their jobs by portraying the government in good light and not be seen to be using personal bias to respond to naysayers in official capacity. The statement he made that is suggestive of extra judicial killings was needless at the time he made it. It just looks as if he's unhinged and doesn't seem to know the implication of what he was tweeting. I wonder what Sanwoolu himself thinks about their conduct.

I've also come to realize that Tokunbo Wahab is also doing a great job in his own way and won't be a bad choice for the next governor of the state. I really don't know what's going on with him but in the last few days he's been moving like that Gawat boy throwing caution to the wind and wanting to engage in rofo rofo fight with every Tom, Dick & Harry. The onlt time I really think about music nowadays is when driving. I just go Spotify, stream Ebenezer Obey, Sunny Ade, Shina Peter's, Dayo Kujore, etc and once I park that's the end.

When I see people dissecting and discussing all these Wizkid and Davido music, I really envy them Sha cos dem really get enough free time to be able to do that

If dem allow u in just for today and their regular customers stop coming because of that, where will they make up for that when they have bills to pay? Some of the spaces they even use are paid for in dollars per square meters.
