I read the article and it appears as tho what the Iranian lawmaker said is CAP.

Right in that very article, the president of Iranian strategic council on foreign relations said they have not made any decision to produce nuclear bomb. I am inclined to believe him ahead of a lawmaker who is a politician that Propaganda is their stock in trade.

There’s also the part where the IAEA chief mentioned they are working hard with Iran to prevent nuclear weaponization from happening .

Then the part that caught my attention the most is about how Israel knocked out Syria’s nuclear reactor in 2007. Something tells me Israel would rather die than allow Iran acquire nuclear weapons

I've always been saying the bolded. I would understand if it's rival fans that are saying all these things and bantering that us "trophiless" and bla bla. I understand. They're called "rivals" for a reason.

But for some of our fans to not be understanding seeing where we came from, watching our games and seeing the improvement almost all round and seeing that we're on the ascendancy and still been overly critical like this is what I'm failing to grasp.

For the past 3 weeks or thereabouts we’ve been reading about how Arteta should be shown the way out if he fails to win the league or rather “ if he bottles the league “

We’ve been asking the proponents of these arguments who they suggest should take over from Arteta if the club management decides to take such unreasonable decision and nobody has been able to come up with a name that is convincing enough.

We’ve even given example of how ur own club has gone from appointing one bad manager to another while spending heavily while at it as a caution but they won’t have it.

U are saying we are using Pep as consolation but we’ve asked u and others to name coaches u know that have successfully dragged the league with Pep in the last few years but all heard in return is a deafening silence . To sack coach no be issue , getting a replacement is . Chelsea sacked Tuchel and replaced him with Harry Porter see where that has led them .

Arteta-led Arsenal team is on course to finish the season with 89 points; the second best points haul in the history of the club…… like second behind the invincibles’ 90 points.

But all we are reading here is that Arteta bottled the league and needs to be shown the way out despite dragging the EPL title with Pep till the last day of the season.

One lesson I’m taking away from all these is that if people no like u; dem no like u. They would always amplify your inadequacies while ignoring the positives u possess . At the initial stage and looking on face value , the coastal road project looked like a good idea and great idea for a legacy project . Away from the demolition of properties , villages, and shanties along the route to make way for the road ;
It looked like a good project .

But following the recent controversial revelations about the bidding process , the non-approval of the project by the house of assembly and no record of ESIA report before the commencement of the project; it all looks like just a way for some people to lace their pockets with government scarce resources while claiming it is for the good of the people.

Funny enough , I have been seeing Hitec doing a project starting from behind kuramo apartments in VI since earlier this year and at no point did I ever know it was the Coastal road. In fact nobody knew anything about the project cos it was never advertised for bidding , publicized or anything until maybe march or April when the media space was awash with the completion of first phase of the project.

Like why keep the whole thing a secret until they had committed the country’s funds to project of such magnitude ?


Osita raised an issue that should bother anybody who claims to love Nigeria. Where will the Chagouris get the funding for their own part of the counterpart funding ? Do we have banks or finance corporations that just release funds without sighting necessary vital documents from the procurement process to execution stage ?

My current employers are currently on a project that involves them getting funding from a global finance corporation. I know the kind of documentations we’ve been dealing with from the beginning of this year . They ask for every bloody documents u can think of. They have independent consultants that calls us almost every time for one documentation or the other ; the slightest indication that u are not ready to make available some of those requirements is a deal breaker .


So will the chagouris just dip their hands into part of the money they helped Abacha loot to fund the project or they have money stashed somewhere other than the reported estimate of $4.2 billion being the value of their business interests worldwide ?

Lagos-badagry expressway should be a lesson to everyone. The project lasted for over a decade and it was not completed because of funding issues.

I was on the record as saying Fubara will win with over 60% of votes when people on this thread and on twitter said they will punish Wike.

I was also on record as saying PDP will not get 25% of votes in the presidential election when people here said PDP has structures that will deliver Atiku.

When it comes to the intricacies of Rivers politics, you can take whatever I say to the bank.
