raumdeuter:All this one na koko inu ìwé ìròyìn. My reality is I've been blowing gen since morning and Ur guy no gree give us light despite having over 500 units on prepaid meter. Shebi if he give us light the Discos will make money when we exhaust our unit and buy extra units 🤷♂️ |
izzou:In front of filling station? 😂 Methinks the keke wanted to come out of the filling station quickly before he jam àgbákò. What the benz and Prado drivers were thinking is what I don't know...... I think government should go test the brain of all 3 parties involved. The person wey him brain touch pass should be made to pay for the damages to other parties involved 😂 |
izzou:Very very epileptic. Like Larride, I wish and hope the Adelabu guy would resign and go for his governorship ambition so someone else with fresh idea can take the mantle from him. He's been disappointing thus far. Working at CBN didn't suddenly make him a problem solver in the power space at all |
iamoyindamola:I worked in that axis for years, my office on marina was not far from most of the major markets ( Balogun, Idumota, òkè arin etc). Two things I think may be cause of the frequent fire on that axis are : 1. The electric wiring of most buildings in that axis are defective. If u look up while passing some of those buildings and u see their electric wires, u can guess fire outbreak can happen as a result of those defective wiring that is even glaring to someone like me who knows little or nothing about electrical engineering. 2. Most shop owners and warehouse managers keep their generators on their floors instead of keeping it on the ground floor due to lack of space. Now if a generator sparks on the 5th floor with petrol stored on that same 5th floor, how do u want to extinguish it considering the buildings in that axis are closely clustered. See, the solution to those fire outbreak is simple but unapalatable. That axis was not designed to be a market but events have overridden all that. If they want to stop all the fire outbreak, they should demolish those buildings and erect proper market stalls that are well planned with space allocated for generators and all that. The truth is ; it will never happen! |
If we talk now, Raumdeuter will say his friend Adelabu is the best performing minister in Nigeria since independence. Today is Christmas and I've been blowing generator since morning. Imagine not having light on Christmas day of all days. Thank God I took initiative to follow Egbon GloriousGbola method of stocking Jerry can of fuel keep for days like this ![]() |
raumdeuter:He's the president General amongst all Africans that ever played in the EPL and he's in the conversation of the overall greatest players that played in the league. 🫡 |
This incident still dey muse me. What was the intention of the two vehicle drivers if the keke was not there? 🤷♂️ |
iamoyindamola:Wọn tí gé Salah létí lọ 👂, he no dey hear word 😂 |
Sportsweb:You spoke early bro, e Don drop am ![]()
|
MorataFC:It's not that deep. |
iamoyindamola:😂😂😂😂 Wahala! |
AirBere:I don’t think Anybody who watched Emi Martinez at the Last World Cup and beyond will argue whether saving penalty is a skill or not . Some goalkeepers are just specialists in saving penalty irrespective of how good the penalty taker is . The way they dive even for the pk they concede will tell you such keepers are specialist in saving pk . |
larride:I have a list of 3 people who worked with Buhari whom I expected not to escape jail if they are well investigated by the incoming government . Malami, Emefiele and Hadi Sirika were visibly corrupt and one could guess if they are properly investigated they would be serving lengthy years in jail at the end of the investigation . |
Why did Guehi not celebrate that late equalizer sef? Does he have any past or future affiliation with Arsenal? |
BlueRayDick:Scratch that! Lacroix is the man of the match ojere. |
Whatever happens in PK, the palace keeper is the man of the match. |
GloriousGbola:Lolz pikin wey we don born wey don dey keep us awake since when sef.😂 A man who doesn't bend to his wife's finesse is definitely not having an enjoyable marriage. Any man wey carry mindset of hardman - hardman enter marriage will get frustrated in the marriage. |
GloriousGbola:It is well o. I just hope when one person use anger attack those so called car spotters we will not see Deji Adeyanju, Sowore and co coming out to claim injustice to one is injustice to all o |
semid4lyfe:I don't blame the vendors at all. It's all about demand and supply na ; and then the social media angle u mentioned. The GRWM videos flying everywhere has a very strong connection to how vendors now price their services so high this period but the fact that we have people willing to pay those prices will leave the vendors smiling to the bank and some home based Nigerians fuming. My spouse wanted us to do family Christmas pyjamas shoot. She made inquiry from the guy who did our wedding shoot and I was seeing the price ranging from ₦120k, ₦180k, ₦250k and ₦300k depending on the package u choose 😂 I just told her to fall back to the guy who did our maternity shoot because that one's price was still reasonable compared to all these ones wey Wan collect my 4 years tuition fees through university in one sitting just to snap and edit our pishures ![]() I'm sure when the season ends vendors will fall back to default settings, some of them will even use promotional offers and discounts to nearly wound-jure their home based customers when patronage drops. |
GloriousGbola:So because some celebrities like clout, me wey no like clout must bear the brunt by allowing some random person to film me in my private moment and post me on his page without my consent? I can understand if I go for an event and I see photographers and paparazzi falling over themselves to take pictures and create content. But u driving at a roundabout and having to deal with camera poking into Ur car to see what U have going on at that moment just seem a bit upsetting for me Sha |
izzou:Sometimes I get amused when I see people defending government's actions both here and on the internet generally. I see them defend land grabbing by government without paying fair compensation as the law prescribes and some of them will even be quiting laws they don't even understand its practical application. When u tell people that government can take over a property with all documentations complete, they will Sneer at you and make it seem like u are making a false assumption just to call the government a bad name. Government takes over a land in a place like Ojuelegba In Lagos, instead of paying a fair compensation they are offering 23 million that will not even buy the same quantity of land in a place like Ipaja, Ayobo, Abule Ẹ̀gbá or Egbeda. Government will rather spend millions upon millions in court as legal fees than pay the fair compensation for the land which the same government approved all title documents. Sometimes I think the punishment God gave to Nigerians is wicked Nigerians embedded in government and civil service. Imagine the Lawyers handling the case on behalf of the family had to be appealing to the governor of the state to intervene at an event organized to celebrate the patriarch of the family which the Lagos state government was an active participant......😭 |
bolu96:I saw it coming from the day I read they imposed an indisposed man as chairman and the son as vice chairman. Congratulations to their family. Goodluck to the people who served the father and will continue to serve the son long after the father may have exited the political scene. Hopefully the crumbs from the family's table will be enough for their good governance needs |
I can't but find this "car spotting" nonsense disturbing and breach of people's privacy .🤦♂️
You will be driving peacefully at a roundabout or at the entrance gate of a public building like club, event center or hotel and boom! Camera gets flashed on Ur face with a handful of guys shouting Ur name on top of their voice hailing you so they can make content to post on their social media pages without Ur consent. |
Nazgul:Land use charge is determined by applying the applicable land use charge rate to the market value of Ur building. There are a different rates depending on the usage of Ur property. The current rates are as follows : 1.Owner occupied property( i.e u own Ur building and u didn't rent any part of it out) - 0.076% of market value of the property. 2. Commercial/Rental property (i.e u own Ur building but u rented it out to tenants for residence) - 0.76% of market value of the property 3. Industrial property - 0.256% of value of the property. NB : you can get reliefs if u file for it. For example u can get reliefs for being a pensioner but u must file documents with the the land use charge people evidemving this befor the apply those reliefs to reduce Ur land use charge liability. That is why different people pay different land use charge despite having the same property type |
izzou:You will still need that hotel room because when the match ends around 6pm, you won't leave Osun to enter road back to Lagos or Ogun State without fear of road accident/insecurity |
izzou:Traffic and time spent on the road will rubbish that idea. Unlike the UK where u can take a train ride from one end of the country to another for few pounds, if u want to trave from Ogun to Ekiti state u will spend a lot of time on the road and will end up spending serious money too. |
GasAndOilTheory:You hit the nail on the head with this illustration 💯 The truth is Africans are poor and the income of an average African cannot finance the "luxury" of seeing these matches be it AFCON or regular intercity local league matches. In contrast, most people living in European cities can sacrifice a day or two days wages to see their local or national team play, but here Ur full month salary sef cannnit afford U that luxury. If u decide to address these issues, our own people will bring brain dead arguments to defend our level of poverty and u will just have to give up. |
izzou:Personally I think tbey do. I believe Ur phone is on standby listening mode because that's the only way I can explain how Siri responds and takes action the very moment u say " Hey siri" on iOS devices. Methinks whatever is responsible for Siri responding in an instant is also listening on Ur conversation. Something tells me we must have agreed to those terms when we were setting our new phones up. You know those long terms and conditions we always skip and click "I agree"? I believe there must be mention of those terms in it |
semid4lyfe:You have obviously set Ur TikTok app to "Allwo app to track online activities " when u set it up. I don't know about Android, but on iOS if u install an app like TikTok or any other app, when u are stying it up if will will prompt you if u want to allow the app to track Ur online activities. If u allow, the app's algorithm can pick up Ur online activities and start suggesting similar interests to u the next time u open the app. For apss like FB, IG and WhatsApp that have the same owners it's even worse. If u search something on IG, FB no go let u rest with suggestions about that same subject matter for the next few days |
mostob:Attack will cook once Arteta figures out when and how to use Gyokeres/Jesus/Merino , Eze/Odegaard and Trossard/Madueke/Martinelli. As for Saka, there's actually no one that can bench him in the squad except in cup matches. |
iamoyindamola:I didn't call it sarcasm. I said he unravel the thought process of a typical conspiracy theorist. That is actually conspiracy theorist move ; they look for just any little point and start making allegations upon assumptions without having any evidence to back it up and end up presenting it as facts. For example Arthur Eze may have schooled at a time when Communism was fashionable and like most people who were in student union back then may have adored Hugo Chavez and other communists hence why he bought a portrait that has their face on it. A conspiracy theorist will never be satisfied with that simple explanation, he will assume it is a symbol of the man paying homage to drug mules which should automatically mean he's one. (Even when there's no evidence that suggests that). I actually align with the points the guy passed with that video |
This guy just unravel the thought process of Conspiracy theorists and content creators who piece one or two together to make news out of nothing. |
