lereinter:The emboldened is up for debate. I don't believe Buhari is that bad. And yes, GEJ may be a villain to you but there are thousands who now see him as a hero having quickly forgotten that under him, over 13,000 people lost their lives to the Boko Haram insurgency and that GEJ was insensitive for most of the time the killings were happening. You may not forget, but thousands have forgotten. And it is the sheer number that wins elections. |
pocohantas: ![]() Don't mind those ones. |
Twoclans: |
Portugal, please do something. |
Twoclans:You were saying what, sweetheart? |
Trexnemesis:This has nothing to do with good or bad luck. We have always had issues of explosions but people never seem to learn. Is that Buhari's fault? |
eseveli:Which intervention again? Look at what is opening in Cross River where people are risking their lives to scoop petrol. What intervention of God do we need again when He has given us brains that many people are refusing to use? |
When these foolish people roast now, some people will start accusing Buhari of having bad luck. |
Whobedatte:Olympics and U-20 championships are not for senior national teams. Messi has won virtually nothing (as per trophies) with the Argentinian national team. I don't know why our boys always suffer from inferiority complex when they meet Messi. I warned about it long before the tournament. Messi scored his only goal in this tournament against us. But thankfully, France have sent he and his shitty team out of the tournament. |
oshe11:I am so happy. I feel like a French today. See shouting on my street. A lot of Nigerians were happy. |
oshe11:You said France will go. |
oshe11 What were you saying to me the other day? |
Pogba is superb. He uses his long legs well. |
emmahoney:You put it better. |
Fance why? |
Luxuryconsult:OK. But they must go home today. |
No one beats Nigeria and wins the World Cup. Impossicant. |
Luxuryconsult:Yes, that is the point. In that case, when it is obvious that Messi will not win the Cup, while pick him over Nigeria? He and his shitty team don't stand a chance either so why the excuse that he is getting support because he deserves to win the World Cup? This is like knowing that Messi and Nigeria don't stand a chance of winning the Cup. So, what would it cost you to support your country. Moreover, Nigeria is more likely to upset France than Argentina. |
Nobody will be able to help them today. Shitty team with their mannerless Maradona. Go France!!! |
I love you, France. Some fellows were picking Messi to succeed over their own country. Let me see how Argentina will win the World Cup. If only we had taken our chances... |
eikechukwu8:Get her to talk. You must be firm. If she wants to change the topic, insist on hearing about it. Stop letting her win all the time. How can someone be passing nights at your place without you knowing anything about them? My brother, you dey try o. See, make it as quick as possible. You must know everything THIS night, if possible. |
hadayleke:Small girl? She does not look like a small girl to me. |
pocohantas:Many of these people who get such commutations were in for drug-related offenses and conspiracy. No one will pardon a murderer or an arsonist. |
aliblaginfo:I tire o. Always looking for excuses. They think enjoyment is all about food. I will never trade freedom for anything. Why will I be happy being restricted to a room most of the day for years? |
BIXYBABE:Why? Don't say that. Moreover, they may treat blacks differently. |
Hector09:Nothing can compare to freedom. |
Why is he playing to the gallery? All of them big pastors should use their wealth and positions to get something done. He can't be hiding in Ota and spewing trash. That was not how the prophets did in the Bible. |
lereinter:His reputation has not been destroyed, neither has Buhari's. Wait till a new government comes in and suffers same fate as this administration. In 2014, September, Fulani herdsmen unleashed terror on Southern Kaduna which is a predominantly Christian region. Over 2000 people were killed in separate attacks that targeted woman and children, especially. Many people were mad at Goodluck. But today, he is a hero. When another government comes in and is unable to counter the killings, Nigerians will begin their games again. The games that have turned leaders like Obasanjo and Atiku into heroes. Even Atiku already has campaigners among the youths who should be asking him decisive questions. In summary, Nigerians are swayed more by emotions stemming from religion and ethnicity. That is why we keep on recycling leaders. We recycle leaders who have had their chances and failed. We forget too easily. We listen to FFK (who has had his chance to revamp our air sector), Fayose (who cannot even pay salaries and has not even done anything out of the ordinary in Ekiti), Atiku (who had his chance in different capacities, first as Customs boss and then Vice President and did nothing notable) and Dino and Bruce (who are a part of the Federal Government we love to criticize) simply because they appear to be against Buhari (whom we love to hate). I bet you can see the sentiment. The same sentiment that would make people recycle Atiku just to make sure Buhari leaves and to turn Buhari into a hero as soon as Atiku begins to fail in their expectations. And while we are blinded by sentiments, we forget to address the salient issue of structure which is obviously the fundamental problem of Nigeria. |
What we need now is an efficient police force. Creating state police will merely be a replica of the overly corrupt police we have. A police force that is fraught with corruption and indiscipline will not stop the killings. They may even aid it with their love for bribes. First thing first, revamp our police force. |
Tosinex:OK, so why open a thread? You expect everyone to come in and swallow up whatever you have posted? Suddenly you think I should use my time profitably but you forget that without arguments, threads such as yours will not even go anywhere. My advise is to ask Seun to always lock your threads to comments as I see that you don't like to be challenged, just like everyone out there who calls himself a pastor. They expect everyone to be gullible but when they see someone who wishes to debate, they hide behind gimmicks such as "touch not my anointed" or they simply start talking about not having time for unproductive things. SMH... |
martolux:He is walking on a rope. Supposing he had a shirt on and he had ropes on his body, the shirt would crease. But since he is not wearing a shirt, then he is walking on a rope. You can see that he is even struggling to keep his balance. The reason why you can't see the ropes is because of sunlight. The illusionists who perform this sort of illusions always picked a sunny day for it. |
It is a trick. I can do it. |
