I am sorry to input, but, I don't think you know what a best selling book is? Oyedepo is not a best seller. His publishing house is said to have 4 million prints in circulation. I assume the 4 million prints in circulation involve all his 50+ books. That is poor. Let us compare the figure to that of a true best seller, JK Rowling, writer of Harry Potter.

Just one of the Harry Potter books, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, has sold more than 250 million copies. Even if you decide to make excuses that he might be selling more on the e-book platform, I still don't see how he can be a best selling author with so much as to live in such luxury.

He has a publishing company and his ministry brags of the second best university in the country presently.

My friend, no matter how hard you try to cover up businessmen like Oyedepo, the facts would still be glaring. He made his money from selling hopes to people. He is a thief, the hireling that Christ talked about. And because he preaches a different gospel from that which the Apostles received and preached, he is nothing but a false teacher. He has a massive following because he preaches what people want to hear. Let him go to Germany and see if he would be able to grow this wealthy by just being a pastor.

The truth is that not all the stories in both the Bible and Quran happened really. Some of the stories are allegories while some are mischievous additions. When I was in Bible school, we had the opportunity to look closely at the man called Paul who wrote that women should not be allowed to speak in churches. That statement is controversial, not merely because it is ascribed to Paul, but because it isn't written in the style of Paul. There are other such disputed issues in the Bible. Another major one is if Mary was truly a virgin when she had Jesus.

All these descriptions are contained in hadith(s) which are inferior to the Quran believed to be the Word of Allah. Hadiths are not Words of Allah but historical accounts of the life of Mohammed.

From the little I know, Allah never promised anyone virgins in the afterlife. There are as many mistranslations in the Koran as there are in the Bible.

Allah is the Arabic word for God in the Abrahamic religions just like Yahweh is the Hebrew equivalent. The English word for Allah and Yahweh is God.

The only difference between Allah, Yahweh and God is just differences in language.

I don't know what I did to antispam bot this February. It got to a stage that I was getting a ban per post. But it didn't start this February, though. There was a thread where I wrote that I wanted to be president. I don't know how my ambition is a problem for the antispam bot. I got banned and my post removed all because I wrote that I wanted to be president.
