So,, It means that the INEC-induced “Glitches” (or better-put: INEC-Caused “Glitches”) are now being seen as something very very normal.?? Why are these people Like This?? |
I still strongly maintain that the Nigerian Constitution And All the other Nigerian Laws, (Including The Electoral-Act-2022) are All filled with WEAK Non-Enforceable and Unenforceable Laws.. And that is the major reason why the Nigerian Institutions which are supposed to be governed by these laws (and also including the Nigerian Judges too) are all finding it very easy to throw these weak LAWS into the Dustbin” 🗑️ 🗑️ If you like, you can come and be telling me that “The Nigerian Laws are not weak, that there is Nothing wrong with the Nigerian Laws”.... That one is your business. |
Breaking: INEC has pulled down the “BVAS Accreditation Numbers” for the Kogi, Imo and Bayelsa Elections from the IREV-Portal.. But We Still Have The Numbers. For whatever reasons, the INEC had switched off the vital data of the “BVAS Accreditation” Numbers from public view, which it had earlier published on its IREV-Portal.!! I really don't know why the INEC is badly tampering with the IREV-Portal. The Electoral-Act amendment should make it compulsory for the INEC Not to tamper with any material or websites which were used for the purposes of Election. These Post-Election tampering is becoming too much. See The link to the INEC’s IREV-Portal Below https://inecelectionresults.ng

King Charles Intentionally Did That.. It wasn't even the woman's fault. It was King Charles who called her over to him. You can imagine. King Charles himself is protesting too.. |
This Mercy-nyansh go put all of una male actors for wahalla.. Ok Naa |
Electronically Monitored Elections were still badly rigged.. So tell me.. Manual Elections Are not going to be rigged?? |
Dickcap:Habbaaa.. If anyone is not happy in a relationship,, he should just initiate the quit. Meanwhile, I saw a video where a guy put gun in his mouth and shot himself dead - just because his girlfriend quit their relationship. |
NEWBIN:But then.... She will be the one who will be snooping around your phone,, trying to know BY HERSELF whether you're cheating or not.. |
garfield1:Okk |
Lalasticlala, Seun, Nlfpmod |
garfield1:My last response still stands. You're focusing on winning and who wins. I'm looking at the systems. So, I don't have any response for you |
garfield1:And now.. I won't respond to you on this at-all. |
finallybusy:Well. Nairaland is a waste of time lass-lass.. If not that I learn here,, nothing would be bringing me here. |
Mindlog:You failed the task naa.. ![]() |
finallybusy:You're not alone on this one bro. I have continued asking why Seun is not planning on any form of monetizing.. No matter how little. |
dominic17:News getting to us is that Seyi’s Candidate Lost in this NANS Election ooo.. And now that Seyi is in Dubai with him papa,, I don't know their next move. |
Biola67:Habbaa.. Ok naa. We the defeated.. |
Kukutenla:Judges misconducts and biased judgements can only be reported as a complaint at the NJC. The judge would be reprimanded or penalized. But the judgement remains. The judgement can only be reviewed if the the probing panel discovered that it was so brazenly flawed. |
Another opinion is this one below.... “PETER-OBI WON THE 2023 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION FAIR AND SQUARE”.. Haaahahahahaaa.. Some people will come for my head now.!! |
Which Opinion Got You Standing Alone Like This?? Me: The Nigerian Constitution And All the other Nigerian Laws, Including The Electoral-Act-2022, are All filled will Non-Enforceable and Unenforceable Laws.. And that is the reason why the Nigerian Institutions which are governed by these laws (and including the Nigerian Judges) are finding it very easy to throw these LAWS into the Dustbin” 🗑️ 🗑️ .. ... Whenever I say this,, NOBODY BELIEVES ME.!!
|
ecolime:Be Believing naa |
Biola67:WITH HIS DUAL CITIZENSHIP? |
garfield1:Let me not respond deeply to this. Just know that the person who has the BVAS is the person who MUST present it. |
Kukutenla:In Enugu,, the INEC gave the flimsy excuse that PDP said that the inspection should not go on. The LP reported back to the court. And it was not even mentioned of the Judgement.. So, it is a case where you don't even trust the judges to do the right things at the right time. INEC cannot be giving APC all required documents including party register in record time only to turn around and become clueless when the time reach for other parties. In such cases of gross-misconduct/unhidden-bias,, the existing Nigerian Laws/Codes of practice didn't really specify the penalties for such misconducts. The EA actually recognises subpoenaed witnesses. It is the courts that deliberately turn a blind eye to it. I shared a screenshot of that provision before. Also paragraph 6 of EA also allows normal court procedure of FHC in civil proceedings to hold for election tribunal. I think the whole idea of discountenancing subpoenaed witness is deliberately because it favors the opposition parties. The courts are proving to be pro-APCThe parties are approaching the tribunals this time,, bearing in mind that the judges are biased.. Thus,, every possible evidence should be provided.. No need waiting for only the INEC to produce the CTCs of the authentic evidence, which they would possibly withhold and/or delay. Let the defendants now be the ones that are being left with no other choices than to produce the supposed authentic evidence in order to defend themselves. That's what the EA says about the presentation of evidence. |
Celebrities always like to do pepper-dem... |
Dayvidoo:Dual Citizen. No Electoral Post for him in Nigeria. |
This is seriously serious ooo |
If I learnt from anything I did wrongly,, then I didn't regret doing it after-all.. At least, I learnt better ways of doing them.. I AM NOT REGRETTING ANYTHING SO FAR.!! |
garfield1:Remember that “Electronic Register” was used,, and this electronic register was pre-loaded inside the BVAS-machines.. Manual printed hard-copy registers were not used. So, for the register which was used at the election to be produced,, then the BVAS Machines has to be produced. The INEC we know wouldn't want to do any inspection of the BVAS this time around., nor would they want to bring the BVAS Machines to the tribunal. |
