This is the same thing that would have happened in Surulere constituency 1. If LP had win the election. Olumide Oworu’s name is not on the result sheet, but he was the one campaigning as LP candidate.
Wait ooo..
Is it that Olumide Oworu was not the Authentic LP Candidate in Surulere-1?

I don't understand this particular decision.
Is it that Chijioke Okereke was not qualified as the authentic LP candidate, or that the INEC made a mistake in the results sheets and couldn't even correct the results even as they were collating and announcing the results??
Fergie001.
The situation above, please what exactly really happened with the judgement?

APPEAL COURT SACKS ANOTHER ENUGU LP REPS MEMBER

The Court of Appeal has sacked Chijioke Okereke of the Labour Party as the member representing Aninri/Awgu/Oji-River Federal Constituency.

The Court dismissed Okereke’s appeal against an earlier sack by the Enugu State National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal.

In a judgement delivered on Monday, the Court ruled that the appeal against the tribunal ruling that Anayo Onwuegbu of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is the rightful winner of the election, lacks merit.

DAILY POST recalls that the tribunal had sacked Okereke, affirming Onwuegbu as the duly elected candidate of the February 25 poll.

Onwuegbu had approached the tribunal challenging the declaration of Okereke on the grounds that he was a stranger to the election as his name was not on the result sheet as the candidate of the Labour Party.

APPEAL COURT RESTORES ENUGU LP REPS MEMBER UMEHA

The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos State on Saturday upheld the election of Cyriacus Sunday Umeha, representing Ezeagu/Udi Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.

The court set aside the judgement of the National Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Enugu, which had earlier nullified the victory of Umeha.

The three-man justices of the appellate court voided the decision of the trial tribunal on the ground that the lower court erred in law when it came to the conclusion that Umeha didn’t resign his membership in PDP, his former political party.

The court stated that issues of nomination and sponsorship of candidates were entirely pre-election matters.

DAILY POST recalls that a Justice A.M. Abubakar-led tribunal had declared Festus Uzor of PDP as the winner of the February 25 poll.

Not satisfied with the decision of the tribunal, the Labour Party and its candidate proceeded to the Court of Appeal, praying the court to void the judgement of the lower court.

However, the appeal court maintained that, based on the evidence tendered, Umeha duly resigned from PDP before seeking election on the platform of the Labour Party.

The court said Festus Uzor’s petition at the trial level lacked merit and ought to have been dismissed.

Tell us more about them.

Because this thing you wrote here is not in the story.

In case you misunderstood my comment, they should have evaluated her to ascertain the main cause of her suicide attempt.
She should be in a rehabilitation place by now.

Why giving her back to the same place she left and went for suicide??

Your comment sounds like you're not interested in the woman's true well being.
You think men are doing women a favour by marrying them?

Is this a miseducation or what?

They are expecting:

7Bn dollars from NLNG securitisation
3 Bn dollars loan from Qatar
3 Bn dollars from Afrexim Bank
150 million dollars from Abacha
3.5 Billion dollars from World Bank to Health sector.

You still think the CBN would not be loaded enough by December to control things?
Remember that in Nigeria, reporting the income is not the problem.
They will always announce the income and brag about it.

But how the income was used will never be documented, neither will it be announced.

So,, these incomes you announced here are most welcome.. But will they actually be used for the best purposes and be documented properly??

They are not even an official group.

He didn't betray any trust, whoever believes that Obi won the 2023 presidential election must have been following those prophecies made by some punk ass clerics.
I used to believe that Atiku was the smartest politician in Nigeria but I was proved wrong by Tinubu's spread across Nigeria.
Rather than blaming Wike and Atiku for not allowing their party to zone the Presidency to the south which would have ultimately been a Southern Christian, you people would not hesitate to insult Tinubu and his generation.
I love the old nigga because he ain't no snitch like Atiku and Obi
Obidients are back from court.
Tinubu is now the President of Nigeria.
(Not the President of the Obidients though - but since he controls Nigeria, let him prove himself)
So, no need going back to dabble into all those shenanigans..

The Obidients are out to force him to listen, and to always be on the lookout..
(Just the way they planned to force Peter Obi to always listen, and to always be on the Lookout)

THE OBIDIENTS ARE ALWAYS IN THE OPPOSITION...
OBIDIENTS ARE NOT SYCOPHANTS..

For those that never knew..
The Obidients planned to be the greatest Opposition to PETER-OBI, just to show the Urchinses and the Agbadorians how to be in power..

If you vote for someone, you have to be the main Opposition to that person.
And not hand over your life to the person, and let him trample you like you have no brains of your own.

LP in Kogi State miscalculated by Joining PDP..
The Obidients had spoken up about the miscalculation of the LP in Kogi State.

This will open the eyes of Obidients..

LP as a party is as stupid as the rest of the other parties.

Some political jobbers who claimed to be Obidients rushed and joined LP as party members.. Now, they are too biased to call out the nonsensical behaviours of the LP as a party.

ANYBODY THAT JOINS ANY POLITICAL PARTY IS NOT AN OBIDIENT ANY LONGER..
(Even if the person joined LP as a party, the person stops being an Obidient, unless the Obidients adopts the person... Peter Obi is not an Obidient.. THAT'S VERY CLEAR... Obidients adopted him.. And even at that,, he is just an adoptee)

Last week I created a thread talking about how my japa plans have been crushed due to the increase in dollar.

Many adviced me to invest in dollar, this was the advice they gave me months ago but I did follow through because I wasn't sure.
My last thread hit front page and 90% of the comments were advising me to invest in dollars, one even quoted that in the past 10 years, the dollar haven't fallen but it increases every year.

One even called me a weak minded person and I am scared to take risks.
After everything I thought to myself, since so many people felt this dollar will keep on rising, maybe I should invest afterall life is all about risks.

Well guess what, dollar have decreased, I invested 3M in buying dollars and now in today exchange rate. I have 2.6M now and I either cash out now or hope it will increase.

Right now, I am very angry.
Those giving me advice should come and contribute the 400k for me o

Another thing, do you think the dollar will increase or should I just cut my loses.
I am so tired 😫
You're still too weak to be complaining too quick..

Dollar will still reach ₦2,000..

Infact,, it will still climb to ₦1,500 before this coming 31st December 2023.
