We do it very different here in Kenya, all voters were registered biometrically since the 2013 general election. Electronic voting is being done for the third time this year. The inclusion of the manual register in the polling stations was done so it can be a plan B, incase the electronic devices fail due to other factors like network etc.

Also even if you are a registered voter in Kenya you have to produce your national identification card at the polling station, before you can vote

Even the Nigerian INEC Officials would enter the wrong accreditation values and votes values into the Transmission Device once there is manual accreditation.
And all the discrepancies would be blamed on the manual accreditation.
We witnessed such discrepancies in 2015 and 2019...

You are wrong about the manual part. Voting was entirely done electronically ie. KIMS kit for fingerprints. Manual accreditation was done for a few individual cases, where a voter couldn't be accredited via the KIMS kit. When errors occured in the kits or when there was unstable network, etc, the manual register was there as back up.

The turnout was also not satisfactory, might even be the lowest in Kenya's history. Out of 22 Million registered voters only 12 Million showed up at the polling stations. There was voter apathy amongst many of the youth, who didn't care to take part in the elections. Unlike the last general elections in 2017 where the youths showed up to the last man.

Are you aware that all the “Official Riggings” which happened in the Nigerian General Elections of 2015 and 2019 were as a result of the Manual Accreditation??

The Bank of England will be withdrawing legal tender status of paper £20 and £50 banknotes after 30 September 2022.

After this date, paper £20 and £50 banknotes will no longer be legal tender. So we are encouraging anyone who still has these to use them or deposit them at their bank or a Post Office during these last 100 days.

It is also exactly one year since we issued the polymer £50 banknote featuring the scientist Alan Turing, on what would have been his 109th birthday. The Turing £50 completed our family of polymer notes, with all denominations (£5, £10, £20 and £50) now printed on polymer.

While the majority of paper £20 and £50 banknotes in circulation have been replaced with new polymer versions, there are still over £6 billion worth of paper £20 featuring the economist Adam Smith, and over £8 billion worth of paper £50 banknotes featuring the engineers Boulton and Watt, in circulation. That’s more than 300 million individual £20 banknotes, and 160 million paper £50 banknotes.

Speaking ahead of the date, the Bank of England’s Chief Cashier Sarah John said “Changing our banknotes from paper to polymer over recent years has been an important development, because it makes them more difficult to counterfeit, and means they are more durable. The majority of paper banknotes have now been taken out of circulation, but a significant number remain in the economy, so we’re asking you to check if you have any at home. For the next 100 days, these can still be used or deposited at your bank in the normal way.”
