Hnm, Ben Carson Ideology at work. Am fond of using d analysis too and it works 4 me. DarryOsh: In summary, you are not comfortable with how you are treated by your organisation. But the only way I know to solve relationship impasse is through dialogue, raising my concerns, listening to the other party's concern.
I cannot advice you to do anything rash that will cost you your job. I don't know the dynamics of your workplace and I'm am working based on the limited info you provided (which I am assuming is true).
For me, 'no dialogue' is not an option. I doubt if I can work with a firm (or have any form of relationship with an individual or entity) where I am not allowed to dialogue and raise my concerns when necessary. But that is me. And of course, I have to consider my situation. For you, it's just a one year work relationship. Maybe you can endure it.
But let me help you a little further. Maybe you look at it through the lens of what is at stake. Ask yourself the following questions within the context of your situation:
What is the best thing that can happen if I raise my concerns? (e.g. Management listens and treats us better) What is the worst thing that can happen if I raise my concerns? (e.g.I get fired)
What is the best thing that can happen if I don't raise my concerns? (e.g I endure the current situation for 8 months more).
What is the worst thing that can happen if I don't raise my concerns? ( e.g they take it as a cue to bring more crazy rules and eventually I suffer a breakdown).
Answer the questions truthfully based on your situation. Answers will be different for each individual.
That may work for you. It works for me in most (if not all) situations.
Cheers! |

Supposed ure from KWARA STATE u 4 understand beta, So stay out of dis since he kno concern u! Beremx: I have never had any interest in Saraki's case since it started. I can't remember commenting on any thread about him except this one.
Saraki is not the reason prices of food has gone up, he's not the reason fuel is scarce and he's not the reason darkness has taken over NEPA.
What's the fuss about him and why the noise about his case? |

AgentOfAllah: You're right, I patiently endured the agonising length of the rant (as you aptly put it), in order to find what the divisive statements of Buhari were, but I found non! Like you, I wish these folks get over their defeat and move on, but in spite of their poorly veiled anti-national pretences, I acknowledge their rights to express their stupidity. This is where you and I are in divergence. One thing I'm certain about is that Buhari will conduct himself in a manner that exudes national, as opposed to ethnic patriotism, and these guys will be greatly disappointed after Buhari's appointed term. I'm certain of this because his conducts and utterances are telling enough.
I think the ultimate way to silence these shallow ideologues and rabble-rousers is to give them the platform and the microphones to spew their rubbish. Let them face the public with their alternative propositions, and this is where their perfunctory bums will be exposed. Buhari shouldn't jail them, he should invite the loudest of them to a national debate. That's how the British mainstream parties silenced Nick Griffin of the BNP. He made a lot of noise and got people on board. They invited him to a national debate on BBC and his ideas were exposed for the shallow garbage that they are. I recommend you watch it at your time. Nice contribution. As free as 2011 general election was, can this ingrate SS n SE beat their chest that PDP dint rig in order to attain power? Now the table turns round they were now crying of fowl play. Meanwhile, no one is saying the election was not marred with any irregularities but both parties should just forged ahead for the betterment of the country. This not the time to start twisting what GMB has not said. 'TO WHOM BRAIN IS GIVEN SENSE IS EXPECTED', IGBOS' WISE UP AND CHANGE UR IDEOLOGY REGARDING GMB. #GODBLESSNIGERIA |
