He has been having sex with her? Multiple times? Without her consent? Yeah, right. Very believable and one sided. I'm sure the poor man didn't have a say in his own trial. No lawyer was appointed for him, and because he's poor, he was thrown in jail without a fair trial. Everyday Nigeria never fails to amaze me. Modified: I finally read that he was set free. Good |
You're ñot getting enough foreign investors yet you're banning the ones that are already there. This is why most Nigerian states are poor. I wonder about BetKing, owner by Okocha. Was it banned as well? |
But wait o, why is everyone after this man. Is it because Port Harcourt sits on a lot of oil or what? I don't understand. It seems that this man holds a lot of power over people |
"Make basic healthcare, education... Accesible for all". Here we go again. Our problem is the quality not the accessibility. We need to take our healthcare, education, and what not to world standard. That means more allocation on the annual budget and more investment. It also means policies that force our leaders to improve on those sectors. Like for instance preventing politicians from seeking treatment abroad, or sending their children and wards to foreign schools. The fact that this almost seemed like an afterthought just shows that this candidate has no idea what is needed to drive NIGERIA to the much needed change. Empty promises as usual. I pity the gullible Nigerians that will dig their graves even deeper by voting these kind of men. Especially the youths that are cursed with cluelessness and end of suffering the consequences. For those of you thinking you're safe because you've got a solid job, a business, etc. I've got a surprise for you. So long as you're in Nigeria, Nigeria can and will happen to you. Remember 2020 when lots of workers lost their jobs and businesses couldn't open, or the people on the train that was hijacked? Yeah, that could happen to you |
So that's enough reason to continue breaking the law? |
Nonsense. I don't believe that crap. Not the fact that he had a past life per se, but the fact that he reincarnated as a white American child. Personally, I feel I was a rich white British royal in my past life and to punish me for the extravagant life I lived, God reincarnated me as a poor black Nigerian boy. |
The UK: Economy tanks, Inflation the highest it's been since WW2. And what does the prime minister do? She resigns only after 40 days. Nigeria: Economy hits the Earth's bowels, insecurity gets worse and becomes a national crisis, inflation reaches astronomical heights. And what does our president do? He says, Nigerian youths are lazy, he travels to London for medical checkups, he and his cronies prevents the final passing of the State Police Bill, and more worse worse things. He also finishes his tenure, runs again, wins, and then puts his successor for us folk to vote for. |
I wish I could join the navy. That's the only Nigerian armed forces I'd like to join |
Later when these people flee the country, the politicians would be shouting Brain Drain! |
Uh, no. Who in this day and age can't read or write. Even market women I know can read and write. The only people that may be unable to do so are old people or some disabled ones. The questions we should be asking is can I marry someone that has zero computer literacy. Then we talk. |
Simple solution: Pay them more, and with benefits, and they won't leave. |
Wait, so even Ondo state did not support the bill.. Aren't they the ones crying consistently about state police ![]() |
So this plain boring bridge took all these years to complete?? Nigeria |
Look at them gathering like vultures to feast on the carrion of our long dead country |
slowpoke. How does planting more trees and prioritizing green energy affect our development. Scotland generated over 15,000 Gigawatts of renewable energy. Foolish low IQ idiots are the ones taking the reins of our country. I pity its citizens. The average Nigerian has an IQ less than 70 |
Tinubu said the same thing. Both of them are the same and should be penalized for their ethnic bigoted sentiments |
So he still wants money, aid from the west. Mumu man doesn't understand the effect of desertification and what it means not just to Northern Nigeria, but Nigeria as a whole. You plant trees to slow if not reverse the effect of desertification. Mumu man with low IQ |
I as an Igbo guy would still gladly vote Atiku (if Obi loses) rather than Tinubu just to spite the South West and their "awalokan agenda" |
EmmyCC:The current vice president is also from where? These people are very selfish. Don't bother arguing with them |
Opolopoopolonio:Yes, another Fulani Northerner is better than a Yoruba tibal bigot. Like, do you need to be a rocket scientist to know that the Igbo people need to have their shot at being president since they haven't had a chance to do that since 1960s? |
Hypocrisy at its peak. Yet you chant your emi lokan and hate any idea of an Igbo president. |
It's all because of the unrealistic standards they set for men. Most of these women want men that have achieved everything in this life. But they fail to realize that these men can see through them. They almost always go for women that marry them not for their success but for who they are. |
There are a lot of Nigerians who like the way Nigeria is today and wish it to continue as it is. Let that sink in |
All these is all because of the general elections |
If you think this move wasn't planned then you have no idea what goes on in Nigeria. The powers that be are so frightened by an Igbo president that they're willing to go to any length to preventing that from happening. |
T9ksy:When you approach a Nigeria, you have to treat it the same way you'll approach a wild dog. Hence, we're not even close to being civil enough to expect the dog to relinquish the bone just because we ask for it. We also have a very short term memory hence why our current political atmosphere has reverted back to precivil war era (with the partisan politics). The south west are vying Tinubu, South East Peter Obi, North West Atiku, and North East Kwankwanso. We don't have a system that allows secession. There will only be bloodshed before it is reached, and it almost certainly won't be reached in a decade, or more. Nigerians are all bark and no bite. Most are unwilling to face the rough realities of war. The best is to think of a system that works rather than go our separate ways. There is no absolute guarantee that each of these seperate countries would then become an overnight Japan or South Korea just because they broke free of Nigeria. For as long as they use the existing system of government, these tiny countries are fated to ruin. In fact, most of these agitations would quieten if Nigeria was a nation that worked. Afterall, you don't see nations like China and India revolting, and they're more ethnically mixed than us. |
Nyamuri:I didn't make this post for people like you to comment. This is for intellectuals to give input on how feasible it is or how it can be improved. I know you don't understand anything I'm saying, if at all you can read. |
