This is some secondary school sh!t |
Revolution2022:We already have local refineries. They've abandoned them. Throughout the 80s, during the Oil boom, the Military built oil refineries in Port Harcourt and else where. Most have been abandoned and vandalized. |
I'm paying #200 per litre in Lagos. What a cursed country and state |
Unpopular opinion, I blame YOU. Yes. I am a very heavy sleeper, and, hemp aside, your brother might be as well. To avoid the problem of me sleeping while someone is locked out, we just get seperate keys. So that if after knocking a few times and no answer, you simply assume either I'm out of the house or asleep. You can't expect people to be running out to open gate everytime you knock, when we're not gatemen. Get your own key. |
And how will it disintegrate? As Nigeria is already the country hasn't disintegrated yet, and you think it's next year that would break the camel's back. I'm telling you Nigeria has reached the point of no return and that's because where other countries would have come out enmass and rioted since 2016 when the recession started to hit, no, Nigerians are too lilly livered cowards, and would pray that God would make their life better instead of fighting for a better future. Even if there's war and chaos left and right, Nigerians would hide and do nothing. |
You're right, YOU'VE COME TO LAGOS. JJC that girl used you to collect free money |
Flats for the rich |
Can't you beat the living daylights out of the boy and make his life a living hell so that he runs, abi what's wrong with your head. Even worse is that not once are your sisters complaining. Your mom is a fool if she just accepts everything. Bunch or degenerates |
Napata77:All I know is that nothing is going to come out of this as usual |
This is old news. They've been saying this shit for years, but are too much of a chicken to do it. |
The problem is we don't have a functioning local government with any level of power |
A leopard never changes it's spots. Know this and know peace |
Insanity is part of the culture of the North. Wild animals all of them that's why this issue, as brutal as it is is being trivialized by your mom and dad and everyone else. God will never forgive what Lord LUGARD did |
Not surprised. He has no independent thought and his media persons that feed him what to say bleeped up this time. I'm also a media person so I know this type of scenario. Tinubu is one of those clients that have nothing at all upstairs, every thing that say was scripted before hand. He's incapable of articulating intelligent conversations. |
Not adviced. If it's online, it's easily succeptible to hackers |
Anonymous6o6:14 hours a day doesn't make any sense at all especially for people that have a job. If I got off work by 4, and due to Lagos traffic, I got home by around 6 or 7. It'd take me 1-2 hours resting, preparing meals, freshing up, walking the dog, before I can start my ALX training. If that time is by around 9. I can only give 4 hours max, i.e., going to bed by 1 am. Before waking up in the morning and going to work. That's why I said ALX is not for people who hold real jobs. Even students would still have to attend lectures and back when I was in university, I woke up by 6 am, prepared got my lectures by 7 am. We'd have lectures from 7-9, 9-11, sometimes 12-2, all the way to 5 or 6 or even 7pm sometimes. What time would someone have to learn. The only instance would be the weekend when I usually have time. This stuff is best for graduates who live with their parents and have no intention of getting a job and rather just want to devote 1 year to the ALX program, especially if they have a side income stream. This was my case for a while, even while I had another real job. I was considering quitting my job and focusing on the program while earning solely with my side income. But I bankrupted so I had to hold on to my job and eventually drop out of ALX |
Starrywells:Look, ALX software engineering program is doable. Heck, I was part of the program in August but dropped out in October. It's just not feasible for people who have a job. Asides the 2 o'clock classes that we had to participate in three times a week. We also had all the projects that we had to do on almost a daily basis. These projects were time intensive. Imagine you work at a bank as a teller where you're attending to customers every hour on the hour for the rest of your shift, from 8am to around 5pm. Say, afterwards, you also had to attend virtual calls and do some remote tasks for the job after hours (because most jobs nowadays want you to overperform). And yet, you now have ALX projects to do. Asides, the fact that attending the 2oclock meets would almost certainly clash with your job. It's just unreasonable to expect that after a hectic day of work, a person have to come home and spend the next 4-5 hours doing the projects given for each day. Burnout is real, and people in such situations are playing a dangerous game. Me, I was working remotely as an account manager for a company on the island. Being a remote job, I thought I'd have a lot of time on my hands to juggle the ALX program as well. BIG JOKE. I ended up severely stressed, lost a ton of weight, and fell I'll that I had to be checked in at a hospital. To keep up, I had to wake up everyday by 4 o'clock and go to sleep by around 11pm to 12 am. It's just crazy. I had no choice but to quit. If ALX was offering a paid internship program, no matter how small, I might have considered quitting my job just so I can focus squarely on the program. |
Nigerian music taste is a reflection of their intelligence. Wild animals are drawn to the grunting, bleating, and squealing that is the wilderness. The vast majority of our population who unsurprisingly are mentally deficient would be drawn to what they can understand, music that they "vibe" to, which unsurprisingly is mindless drivel |
Noodles, you bum. Or garri |
Anyone who criticize this move is a criminal that is hoarding tons of illegal naira notes. This move by the Federal is surprising and unexpected because I expect it will be likened to stabbing themselves in the foot. |
Lagos is a mafia run state. Just because it works doesn't mean the state is good. Nigeria is a failed state. But even the mafia, as compared to the normal US government, works. Lagos could actually be 1000 times better. Afterall, they are the economic center of the most powerful nation in Africa. You'd think Lagos would be much more than it is today. Outside of the island and some areas on the mainland, Lagos is one huge slum. Most of its residents have to provide their own electricity and water supply. Tinubu was once in the drug trade, and it was his mafia logic that he still uses to run Lagos. The touts or foot soldiers are very essential in Tinubu's Lagos. 1. Their primary goal is to rig elections, intimidate voters, and cart away with ballot boxes of the opposition candidate. 2. Tinubu is willing to look over their secondary means of income (road side extortion) so long as they fulfill their end or the bargain (rig elections). 3. Not even the police are willing to do anything because they're all answerable to Tinubu who is obviously not against the activities of the Agberos. 4. Nigerian government is a ruse. In reality, it is run by criminals of the worst kind and we are all slaves to them to ensure that they stay fat and well fed. At the same time, what ever rights we think we have is an illusion. These men are not answerable to the court of law and so can and will do whatever they like. |
So his mother was part of those that did the dirty during orientation camp |
I just hope Russia goes nuclear on Ukraine. Afterall, it didn't take the US much to launch two nukes on Japan. |
Corridon:Even worse, he would carry the nonsense he's doing in Lagos to the presidency by installing one of his puppets after him. |
Nigeria. This is unconstitutional. Undemocratic |
Why does he have a woman face |
There's always been rumors |
Another way to start another inflation. Flood the streets with more Naira notes. Works for Zimbabwe |
Nigerian rulers are useless |
Shouldn't you be in university at 18? Abi is it strike that carried you to be lodging girls up and down |
How old are you first? You sound like you're 12 or some child/minor |
If not for the US intrusion in the war in UKRAINE, the war would have ended ages ago. The death toll wouldn't have been this high. |
