All for two men still enjoying National cake. |
I stumbled on a South African group on facebook where they raised the issues of xenophobia and these are just few screenshots for what they had to say about Nigerians and other foreigners in their country.

Maybe you check yourself properly. You might think you are being nice by always wanting to be around him 24/7 but to me it seems you kind of choke the guys with love and most guys don't like that because they like to have some space sometimes. I don't know if this applies to you and how you choke your guys with too much love and maybe always being with him everyday kinda thing. He might love you still but probably wants some space to think freely without the disturbance of your voice in his head everyday |
Hope Ipob are waiting outside abi them no know the venue lol |
myfan:Please don't worry about were I work or what I do. I intend to do this in Lagos State or Edo state. |
I am so much in love with the design of this building and I want to build something exactly like this in Nigeria. I need expert advice from the builders and architects in the forum about an estimate cost for a structure of this kind and also the size of land that will befit the magnificent structure to properly showcase it's beauty and comfort. Please help me out here.

I heard a little about this payoneer account and I decided to set it up. I have been approved and given three different accounts. A USA account for dollar payments, a UK bank account for pounds payment and a Germany account for Euro payments. Now I am totally confused about how do use it to get money. Actually I was told about selling books on Amazon but I doubt if I have that energy to be writing books even when my English is not even that fresh. Is there any other means to doing something that can fetch good money. Someone once told me about a T-shirt website were one can open an online store on their website and all you do is create nice designs for the T-shirts and other stuffs, set the price accordingly and post in your online store. The company does the printing and delivery to every customer that buys. They take their fee and pay you your commission as agreed. Please if anyone knows about this site kindly help me out with it. I think I can rather do T-shirts designs than write books. |

STOP DATING MENTALLY BROKE GIRLS I know many girls and ladies gonna be angry with this post but try learn more about it . Men!!!!!!!! Guys, how do some of you even cope with dating a mentally broke girl?I know some still don't understand what I mean by Mentally Broke Girls. I mean: 1. A girl who doesn't have transport fare to see someone who she claims she loves every damn time. 2. A lady who can't get you a birthday or a Valentine's day gift, but expects you to bring down the world for her during hers. 3. Someone who can't comfortably call you on phone for 5mins. Always flashing and complaining she doesn't have airtime even when you know you just sent her airtime. You will still be the one to call her and ask her whether she has seen the Card. 4a. I mean how do you guys cope dating a lady who thinks relationship is an occupation; where she is supposed to be paid and taken care of? 4b. Even if it's an occupation, what services is she actually offering to be privileged to receive such benefits? 4c. Or is she a ghost worker? ( NOTE: sex is not a benefit ONLY to men ) How do some guys manage to date such ladies? Am not saying this because am working but it's what I see in most ladies. 5. No wonder suicide and depression victims are mostly men. 6. See guy, don't ever date a mentally broke girl no matter how gorgeous you think she is. They are serious liabilities. 7. Rather date a lady who adds something beneficial to your life. Things like emotional intelligence; financial intelligence; spiritual intelligence and other intelligence. 8. Date someone who's capable of calming the storm within your soul ( an average man has enough storms ); and not someone who adds stress to your life. 9. Forget that yehn yehn talk, don't tolerate any woman's brokenness or stupidity just because of her physical beauty. 10. There are actually a lot of extremely gorgeous and beautiful ladies with common sense. 11. So don't ever think of settling for less brother. One thing I've realized about all these broke girls is not that they don't actually have money... 12. Most of them do; but it's just that they're mentally broke, which is way way worse than not having money. I know many girls and ladies gonna be angry with this post, they won't like or comment in it . But Ladies please don't be mentally broke. Even when you have a little, try to support your guy sometimes. Guys please don't date mentally broke girls i hope you understand what mentality broke means ?? I know some lady's will insult me... ,but it's just here on online because you can't come to the barracks and beat me. |
mrAMG2:Interesting. |

Why is the topic misleading. Shey Adeboye confirmed it was only one pastor and four other people who are not pastors. |
kernel001:If you look carefully, pdp has a very strong cartel in Edo state. Those pdp guys are on point and Edo state not to forget is the only South South state with apc leadership. That is just to tell you that the whole south south governors and in strong ground with pdp just to take over Edo state. Now Oshiomole might only be trying to fix people he knows will be loyal to the apc in the state parliament like you said, but obviously Obaseki has is own issues now with other stakeholders from his own side who are making Obaseki think Oshiomole is trying to be a Godfather and the end result of this is the fact that it is the handwork of pdp moles within Obaseki's government. If you notice, the pdp chairman of Edo state is a man that always outcries in any given opportunity but has been very silent about all this while because they are waiting patiently and working behind the scene. |
kernel001:You missed the point because we are all looking at one aspect of this Godfatherism issue. What is a Godfather or who is a Godfather? Like I asked someone, if you worked for Dangote and after a while he positions you to set up your own factory somewhere and you start making excess money, would you call him your godfather? Would be always be loyal to him? Even if you become richer than him, what will be your answer to the above questions? Oshiomole fought a good fight to see how e can end this Godfatherism but don't forget he did not kill them and they are still existing. They are everywhere trying to take advantage of any loose opportunity. His mode of trying to protect what they have fought for so it doesn't go back to what they are against may seen like he is trying to be a godfather. The major point is that has Obaseki ever gone to meet him to seek advice? Even if he doesn't agree with the advice, is he suppose to stage a war about it like this? He is a sitting governor and if he doesn't like anything about what his leader wants, he can talk to him personally and ensure it doesn't be of anything like a battle. These things are just normal but obviously power intoxicates and excessive power intoxicates more so that is just all what Nigerian politics is all about. |
CoolAmbience:Probably in the same angle. That's the main point. Seeking advice and following that advice is keg. Whereby you don't seek the advice and decide to go about it your own way, don't you expect your elders to now caution you if they don't see it as the right way? So all circles down to one thing, you should always look up to your leader (don't bite the finger that feeds you). You either seek their advice or listen to them when you don't. If you worked for Dangote and after a while he positions you to set up your own factory somewhere and you start making excess money, will you call him your Godfather? Even if you don't call him your godfather, will you always be loyal to him because of the position he has placed you in life? Just simple logic but at the end, because it's all politics, we got it twisted by the godfather name. It's just a natural thing that we all live up to, always be loyal to who placed you in a position of power. |
Okay. Nairaland will be great if they continue this way by putting topics properly on the front page. Wait for the news to be confirmed true or false, then post it as true or false. Not posting a false news like it was actually true before confirming it's not true. Even before reading the post the topic already made it clear that it was false which is nice. |
This is sad but makes sense. Many might not see the truth and condemn Oshiomole, but truly this is politicians for you. Oshiomole fought so hard to ensure the end of pdp in the state after their terrible years of ruling. For anyone in Edo state to boldly come out and say Oshiomole did nothing in Edo state, I believe that person needs a mental check or maybe that person is an indomie generation kid. Many see Oshiomole as someone who wants to be a Godfather, but if you look deeply that is not his agenda. He is only trying to protect what has been planned to work for the country because we all forget that the oppositions are never sleeping till they regain power. Obaseki might be doing well as a governor in Edo but he is being ungrateful for forgetting how he got into that sit. Trying to follow the instructions from a past governor of the same state who fought tirelessly to bring you to power is nothing to do with Godfatherism. There are issues that can be sorted out without the media and so when it gets out to the media you know that there is already a dispute. That dispute is being sponsored by the opposition or the moles of the opposition who want to take advantage of the situation and that is the direction Obaseki has chosen to follow. We all think it will end well with him if he continues like this but we forget that those who laboured to put one in power and knew exactly how they did it can still do it again especially when they are still in powerful position. Don't also forget that the normal citizens who really vote care less about who would take power because during elections they only focus on the money being shared and even after that, these results don't count as victory because we all know the story and how every politician that looses an election will run to tribunal. Obaseki should better wake up now because as long as he is in Apc he can't defeat them in this way and the worse mistake he will ever make is the assumption that the doors of pdp is open. |

The funny thing is that I don't see how this is a big deal. Can USA rejecting him visa reduce the fat cheques and Ghana must go bags of cash they are sharing in the National Assembly? If USA reject his visa application does that automatically mean that he can't go to Dubai, UK, France, Spain, Australia etc.. Who USA help. |
That idea of ranching is still the best. That's what most livestock farmers do in advance countries. Anyway atleast this is still a good move. |
Am not shocked to see all the names. These guys are now everywhere. |
The usual talk. These politicians don't always have anything new to say. Nigerians don't need promises anymore, just get the job done but it's still a normal past process. He will first of all use the first two years to pour out his anger on Yahaya. Then what else can be done with the remaining two years as usual. As long as the issue of Godfatherism is still in Nigeria politics, the country can never move forward but only in the usual circle. Move from a party that has failed to the ruling party and you automatically gain favor one way or the other. I like Dino but I only pity this his ambition at this point because we all know that this is not like the usual general election where everybody is busy trying to hold their state strong, now this is an election that the Apc will definitely deliver the Fayose (Ekiti Election) style. Dino is a regular comedian when military and police do you strong thing just like Fayose as well. Kogi that is close to FCT, they will never give it to pdp especially a run away soldier from Apc. |
