Imagine standing strong against your entire community out of nothing but pure undiluted conviction not minding the bigotry n hate your kinsmen have show shamelessly and foolishly at Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

President Bola Tinubu celebrating this man will send a string message that will revebrate among Nigerians all over the world. If possible he should be honoured with National award for standing tall in the face of adversity.

Post like this deserve to grace frontpage so obidient ipob can understand they don't tell well meaning Nigerians who to celebrate appreciate or support. We are all Nigerians and are entitled to support whatever candidate our conviction aligns with no matter what part of the country they come from. The Lamidi Apapa-led faction of the Labour Party, has hailed the Supreme Court’s decision upholding the outcome of the February 25, 2023 Presidential Election which President Bola Tinubu was declared winner.

Spokesperson for the faction, Dr. Abayomi Arababmbi, in a statement in Abuja, on Saturday, congratulated Tinubu and begged him to be magnanimous in victory.

Arabambi said the party’s attention was drawn to the judgement of the Supreme court delivered on the 26th day of October 2023, which affirmed the Government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR administration as legitimate.

According to him the party’s leadership joins other Nigerians to congratulate President Bola Tinubu “on his well deserved victory at the supreme Court as the Legitimate President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”

Arabambi further said, “This victory has now settled all the controversies that arises from the February 25th presidential and National Assembly Election.

“It’s our hope that the president will be magnanimous in Victory by inviting the Labour Party Leadership as a partner in progress to an all inclusive Government in other to move Nigeria forward .

“The Labour party National Chairman Alh Bashiru Lamidi Apapa and Members National Working Committee of our great Party congratulate you once again and we are here by re affirm our unflinchingly support for a new and Better Nigeria under your leadership.

He further said Tinubu’s victory at the supreme Court was not a fluke noting that he deployed all what was required to win an election haven served as a two time Governor of Lagos State and as a man of many means who remained focused on his long term ambition.


According to him, the President knew what he wanted because when “political Shenanigans was on the prowl, when all hope seemed impossible , he remained unperturbed but rather spread the Emilokan political virus that went across the nation upon which he affirmatively claimed victory in the Apex court.

Some of Buhari's supporters said same in 2011. Well, it ended up the same way.

Obi took away a lot of PDP's vote , and thus opened the door for APC to win easily.

At the end, in football, no one asks how many times you dribbled the star defender, everyone asks whether you scored more goals than the other team.

Obi had a chance, but it was not enough.

In 2010, Buhari did the same thing, split ANPP and went and formed a new party. And did not do alliances. Result....PDP cruised to victory.

You guys should stop blaming everyone else for your loss, and take a good look at your party, PDP man, because that is what you are.

APC HAD ZERO BUSINESS WINNING THIS ELECTION. There was no way they would have won. Simple and short. But you guys made it too easy for them when you decided to split up the opposition on the tribal ground that it was time for an Ibo president, plus then you did not even actively move into the North to campaign.

Obi should go back to PDP, and his supporters should join hands with PDP to ensure APC gets kicked out in 2027. Because if this nonsense of division starts again, APC is going to run this country for the next 24 years if not more, and it would get worse.

Both of you are actually correct to the extent that Governor Diri was:

1. Displaying he owed Atiku/PDP no explanations having already helped win the Presidential Elections in Bayelsa State.

2. He was referring to opposition APC who were most likely spinning his visit to mean he was begging in respect of the upcoming governorship elections.
