Anyone who does otherwise is on his own.

Please enlighten us, how you verify a student's source of income, standard of living. And how you verify web designer's, Uber Drivers, Real Estate Agents, Forex traders etc source of income, cuz they all could be into fraud. How would you verify if a salesman or mechanic would eventually divert into doing fraud after renting your apartment. There are people who own small businesses all over, how do you investigate all that a request for proofs of ownership before renting? Let's be guided.
