Semaj77:Grier here... |
Seyrexolad:UP GCI... |
Generations shall come and go... School of our pride built on the rock! |
Papamrs:I stopped posting on Nairaland a long time ago because of ignorant responses like this. You actually don't deserve an explanation but I will educate you... I worked with Procter & Gamble for 13years and I was part of the Fabric & Homecare (Ariel) startup team in 2006. |
Pure nostalgia! I produced this detergent for more than a decade in Ibadan.... |
baralatie:I don't think the USA made China, these guys have mastered and monopolized scaled manufacturing that it is going to be difficult to come close or match. 10years ago, it was cheaper to build a factory with concrete in China, disassemble it, crate it, ship it, pay customs duties in Nigeria and deliver it to site than building the whole structure in Ibadan. |
baralatie:These countries are what you think they are right now because of China... The world is about to find out the scale of manipulation and influence of the Chinese... |
simpleseyi:That girl should better have a shirt with "find out who my father is fess" written in devil red color... |
Imagine, just imagine the teacher that will "go and beat" that girl without knowing who her father is... |
Omoawoke:Some people actually believed that DEI means an unqualified black or person of color will get a job before a qualified white person. That baba do am well for the new president... |
MrRichmond:While we cannot say our leaders both present and past are the best we could have produced, they are however the true reflection of our core values. Developed countries are also not been led by their best brains... For a fact, most of the development in the west were not conceived by their leaders, they were only able to provide enabling environment and sometimes regulations or legal backings... Even the OP who started this interesting thread just resorted to prayers for divine intervention. That's how critical thinking die in the black world. |
MrRichmond:When our own practice has made us throw out every ounce of intelligence left nko? I am not even saying to be religious is bad but when everything is seen throw the prism of spirituality, there won't be any form of progress or development... |
Etosha:Do not look any further, this is the problem with black Africa! Religion.... Where will people who still believe in juju find development and advancement? Start any meaningful discussion about nation building and development and see how grown adults will be talking about prayers... |
The smaller logistics companies are not any better, I sent an iphone 12 to Nigeria through GiG Logistics since Nov of 2023, the phone was never delivered... When I asked them to return the shipping fee of $100, they asked for the IMEI of the phone that I sent to them with it's box a year ago. |
Obviously, they are not telling themselves the truth, Kamala lost because of gender and race, period... Biden ran a campaign from his basement and won, Kamala was everywhere but lost... There are several signs and data to support the fact that she lost because of her gender and race... |
ElSudani:Men will never ever overcome the fear of woman leading them, especially one they even consider inferior by other factors such as race... You probably assumed they got over it because not many are bold enought to talk about it. |
ElSudani:You are absolutely right, I only differ on two points... One, there were two elephants in the room, first is race as you rightly pointed and second is gender. And I am sure nobody will be bold to talk about it anywhere that matters. Two, the black men who voted him are not morons, they are just not any different from the misogynistic fellows who would rather have a convicted felon as president than a woman. The governorship race in North Carolina is a very good example, Mark Robbinson who is nothing less than the president elect save for his color lost by double digits to the democratic white nominee on the same day in the same election in the same state that Trump carried by almost 4 points! I am absolutely sure any white male irrespective of his qualification would have roundly defeated Trump... |
Some bit of this problem is cultural, most people assume more is better, so a school forcing 15 subjects down the throat of students will be preferred to the ones doing 12. After the Ebola outbreak 2014, most schools announced extra school hours to cover for the delayed resumption. I insisted my kids won't be part of it and since it wasn't because of the payment of the extra fee, the school had no choice but to allow my kids leave at the normal closing hour. My kids have never attended holiday coaching and never had extra lesson teachers. At the end of that term, there was no difference in the academic performance of my kids and the other students who stayed back. |
The internet is not as annoynous as many believe... Alleged members of a global sextortion operation that targeted more than 100 victims and led to the death of a 17-year-old boy were extradited to the United States on Sunday to face federal criminal charges which could land them 30yrs imprisonment if convicted.. Samuel Ogoshi, 22, and Samson Ogoshi, 20, both of Lagos, Nigeria, were arrested following a joint investigation by the FBI and Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and are now in federal custody in Michigan. Both young men were indicted in May by a federal grand jury on charges including conspiracy to sexually exploit minors and conspiracy to distribute child pornography, according to court records. Samuel Ogoshi also faces a more serious charge of sexual exploitation and attempted sexual exploitation of a minor resulting in death, which carries a maximum penalty of life in prison. That charge stems from an alleged online encounter that investigators say resulted in the death of 17-year-old Jordan DeMay, who died by suicide after falling victim to a sextortion scam. Ubanz:Thank you... I am disappointed I had to get to page three of the thread before I saw someone who could analyze the root cause of the issue. I say to friends that religion in this part of the world shuts down rational thinking. No one is asking or investigating the reason for the failure of the pole and we are surprised that our country is at the lower end of technological advancement... |
Addition and Subtraction of fractions... 7 7/8 - 4 3/8 = 3 1/2 3 1/4 - 1 1/2 = 1 3/4 |
This is a lot of attention to details! Impressive!!! |
Ebament... |
Only few people do the right thing in Nigeria but sadly we believe the country is what it is because of the actions and inactions of our leaders only. |
O ma se o... |
Pastor or not, stress is a silent killer... |
okaba04:Would you like to make an innocent child go through similar circumstance? |
You have a 25% chance of making a baby with the SS genotype but before you take a decision, I'll suggest you visit a family with a SS child. |
Broadband through coax or fiber optic cable is between $40 and $80 depending on if you bundle cable streaming service. Mobile data is around $10/GB |
Here we go again with another one... It is laughable that some folks are still under the illusion that someone somewhere will have to inject a substance into their bodies to have control over them. Truth be told, you are been controlled already! You get targeted ads on your Internet capable devices to condition your mind, the news you read or exposed to is heavily skewed, you even watch movies, etc. Google knows when you are sleeping, where you work, where you've been to. Many here think they are anonymous on the Internet, every post you make have bits of information that can be used to identify you and your location can be determined. A cellphone tower can easily tell your location with a less than 500m accuracy. The rich, wealthy and influencial people are not bothered about been controlled by vaccines from "Bill Gates" but "highly spiritual" people from third world countries are crying... What will "Bill Gates" or anyone gain from controlling YOU? |
For the message of the cross is foolishness [absurd and illogical] to those who are unbeliving [because they reject it], but to us who are being saved [by God’s grace] it is [the manifestation of] the power of God. 1 Cor 1:18. |
