Go and read my replies very well, I did not say he could not be arraigned for abduction but that the case lacks merit if the boy can prove a relationship exists. This should be very easy to prove due to social media and other forms of evidence.

It was not stated that if the abductor is a minor he should not be arraigned. That is why we have special court that has jurisdictions offer this matter. Department of Public Prosecution will take over the case. Instead of Commissioner of Police vs Defendant it will be State vs Defendant. Their is no age limit in commission of crime.

I want justice pls.

I was jailed 4 years ago when i was arrested,tried and sentenced for fraud.

I was not a criminally minded person but do to the economic hardship and how to provide for my wife and daughter I went into fraud.

My wife was supporting our union with her trade which the income was very low and to feed was war.

To cut the long story short when i was in prison she do visit occasionally but during 3 years spent already she stop visiting.

When i was freed last 2 months and to know what ups I went to where we live and learnt from a neighbour that my wife has parked out from our 2 rooms apartment and is now living with a man.

I got the address,went their and lo and behold she was heavily pregnant for the man.

I felt like fainting that moment and to make matter worse she said it to my face that she can't live with an ex convict.

My 5 years old daughter wants me back but my wife and her family are fighting against that.


I still love my wife despite her betrayal but the pregnancy and her refusal to give me back my daughter is giving me problem.

I want justice against the wife snatcher and i want back my wife and daughter.



Please what is the best ways to go about it so as not to go against the law.

Corporal Ajayi Johnson, the trigger-happy soldier, who shot and killed a 'Keke' driver in Abia State, has been remanded in prison, Igbere TV reports.

Igbere TV reports that the accused was this morning arraigned before the Chief Magistrate Court 1 presided over by His Worship, Linda Ugboaja.

Ajayi was brought to Court in Charge No U/587C/2019. Micheal O. stood in for DSP Olukoya Adeyemi - the O.C Legal for the Prosecution.

Igbere TV observed that no counsel appeared for the accused. C. Adiele Esq. held watching brief alongside U. Amaraizu Esq for the nominal complainant.

The Prosecution, relying on Sec. 100(1)b of the Abia State Administration of Criminal Justice Law prayed the Court to rely on same to make the necessary Order.

The Court therefore declined jurisdiction and ordered that the accused be remanded in prison custody.

The Court also asked the Police to transfer the case file to DPP. The matter was therefore adjourned to September 16 for report of compliance.

Senator Ike Ekweremadu representing Enugu West Senatorial District, was on Saturday humiliated in Nuremberg, Germany, by suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Igbere TV reports.

In a video obtained by Igbere TV, on Saturday, the IPOB members could be seen pelting Senator Ekweremadu with stones for reasons not yet known as at press time.
