SportsRe: Most Unprofitable One-sided Soccer Match? by bolaoni(m): 7:01pm On Sep 02, 2006
hmm, this is a tough one o. Man pikin has seen so many matches to remember them all.

Well I think I can remember Diego Magic in Italia '90 in the 2nd Round Game again Brazil. Brazil with Careca and his ilks tried all they could against Diego's army and just one golden moment of magic between Diego and Cannigia finished off the match.

I'm not wearing my thinking casp now jare will remember more. Have had a busy day wink

chidichris:
Ibrahimovic, glatzer and the recent take over of aston villa and the current rummorur over west ham take over has drastically change the pace in english league and the slave masters (wenger and ferguson) will be forced to buy and we can see them buying now. am happy for u arsenal and man u fans.
the EPL is going to be something more challanging this time so i will step aside for now to know where i will joing maybe after a few more matches.
am sorry if my style is not good but my reason was bcs i suffered a heart break with ARSENAL so i have to watch where i will be after a close examination of the clubs performances so let no one be surprise to see me preach and campaign for any club any moment from now.
afterall the reward for my surport for any team is happiness comes from winning so let the teams prove their abilities and they will have me and my support.
Bros,

PoliticsRe: What Do You Think Of Malam Nuhu Ribadu? by bolaoni(m): 6:46pm On Aug 24, 2006
Whether Ribadu dey Witch hunt or wizard hunt, my own be say, he is doing a wonderful job.

Somebody has to be used to achieve some means. When OBJ leaves, if he is not dead, somebody will be raised to also run after him.

There are so many people that are not OBJ's friends that the EFCC can't witch hunt. Why are they not pursuing the likes of Gani, Falana, Abraham Adesanya and the rest in the opposition.

Those who have soiled their hands should be brought to book and in the case of OBJ, I say it is a matter of time.

I concur SIR!

It seems the party is over at the bridge this time around. The Champion's League may be an extra distraction this time around. What with battling quality oppositions both at the home and the continental front.

Waiting to see how 'Sir' Jose will wade through all these battles.

CareerRe: Why You Should Never Get A Job by bolaoni(m): 6:55pm On Aug 21, 2006
I have been following this thread for some time now and holding on to my opinions until today.

Well, I will like to support what gidig has said. Well said Bros.

My own take on this is that people, youths/adults, don't like taking risks. It is risky to start your own business but the reward is greater. I have always learnt that your rise in life will definitely depend on the level of risks you are willing to take. NO PAIN, NO GAIN!

While running away from risk, we are at the same time putting something at risk: Personal Freedom. Those who belive in job security are putting their freedom at risk. You are always at the beck and call of ur oga and whenever he/she is tired of you, you are gone.

So many people die when they are sacked/retired all just because they have known no other life than being employed. I have had the opportunity to see people who have to reduce their age all just because they don't want to be retired from 'active' duty. shocked They have sold their mind to become civil/corporate slaves for the rest of their life.

When I watch TV and saw the plight of the pensioners, I ask why they have done that to themselves. Why have they not thought of doing something with their lives while still active? It is just painful that the risk they are running away from earlier has turned round to ctach up with them. Their everyday existence is now full of risk. cry

Let me share with you the word of Jim Rohn: "When you see the promise, you will pay the price"

You may not want to pay the price of being self employed because you don't really know what you are losing. I have paid the price and it has cost me a lot of things but I am the better off it. I have sit with company bosses, some even vacate their seats for me whenever I get to their office. They become my student and the staffs just keep wondering what is actually going on.

My setting out early has also given me a global leverage that my being an employee wouldn't have. Ask Seun what he has gained by being his own master, and I'm sure he has lot of things to tell you.

Another point I will like to make is that it doesn't have to cost you millions before you start whatever you want to. I just finished reading last week's Success Digest Extra There is a story of a man that started his biz with just #2k and he has grown it to a multi million business. When you see money as your problem, you may not start at all coz you will not have all the money you needed.

In 1989, Pastor S.I. Makinwa started his biz at the age of 40 with just #650 and the biz is worth over #250m today. Money is not your problem, all you need is an idea and the willingness to pursue it.

I hope this helps someone. wink

This is really a wonderful thread! Amazingly a frined is just telling me now he lost his won fone.

I have lost my fone twice and both look like the same manner. They all took place in a danfo bus.

One the two occassions, I was sandwished between some guys and never knew how they were able to do it.

Just got down to discover that my fone has been fapped! The second one was in December last year. Had to stay several months without fones.

@Odeku,

Will a big man go and kill another person? He will definitely send unknown elements to do that. How many thugs/agberos do they know in Lagos?

Even if the images of the killers are recorded, how do they get to them? What if the killers have been flown out of the country?

I'm lipsrsealed on this issue. I pray they get to the root of the issues but if we are all to look at the past, I doubt if anything good will come out of the noise they are all making. Mark it, Ogunlewe will soon be freed because the police have said they can't find anything yet that links him to the murder huh
