Commendable move. Thank God for a legislature that's woken up to its responsibilities. |
It is this type of reasoning that make us stay cowards in our motherland. The power belongs to the people and in case you don't know, those PDP big boys[sic] are more afraid of you than you are of them. Vice can never overrun virtue unless the people allow it.
I won't trade words with you over this, we're both entitled to our individual opinions. I take it the Ekiti people didn't do enough to defend their votes when they were brazenly robbed by the PDP. Multiply that several times all over the states of the federation. I stand by my statement anyway. Have a nice day. |
@topic Very sorry attempt at "rebranding" her image. |
I'm of the opinion two major things worked synergistically to make for what we saw happen over the weekend in these polls: -The big boys (PDP dominated) in Abuja decided to let this one slide to avoid further heating up of the already volatile polity a la the ailing President/VP hand over issues. -INEC/ Iwu had to play along with this to appease an already disgruntled and thoroughly but justifiably cynical electorate so we can give them the "benefit of doubt" and be less contemptuous of them and the colossal fraud they are. Trust me they are ready to reveal their true colors and not only bare their fangs but tear all opposition to pieces come 2011 when the real thing's at stake. Congratulations Peter Obi. The voice of the people prevailed. |

The poll says it all. |
Nigeria whoops Ghana. |
That he's functionally dead is incontrovertible, we are only trying to ascertain if he's physically dead. Either way he's of no further use to our nation Nigeria if he ever was. . . . as regards our so-called politicians who presently double as mediums now (constantly communicating with the dead though eternally incommunicado to the teeming masses/electorate), they died morally eons ago. |
Crime section pls. |
michelin89:Help me ask them o! Broke ass riffraff niggas Rofl ![]() |
Would really love to see the judge that releases him. . . slowpoke that he is. ![]() |

Roger Federer. |
I believe it's real but grossly blown out of proportion. The real objective here is likely to be stifling of the growth of rapidly upcoming manufacturing economies- China, India, Brazil etc. Like those countries rightly replied the western nations: Allow us to develop to your level and then we can talk about going green/ yellow/ indigo. . . whateva. ![]() |
FELIX30:Fortunately I don't operate by blinding sentiments, only principles. If there's anyone in this equation who doesn't belong, it's the so-called brother. Mind u, the only person jodeci chose here is his wife, his brother happens to be another imposition only this time by nature, time and chance. He never chose to have him as a brother. From all that's been said he's doing his best for this brother who doesn't even act like he's appreciative. The best the brother could've done is to keep a low profile but no. . . . Same applies to when "mama" comes from village and starts terrorising the "useless wife" ![]() Y'all should decide whether u wanna get married and who u wanna get married to- ur wife or ur family members. ![]() |
Hol' on, hol' on, hol' on. . . Y'all talkin bout this toad? ![]()

Ol' boy kick his broke ass outta your house! What nonsense? ![]() I can only imagine the horrors you're putting the poor woman thru with that ingrate in your house. Pls discover the real meaning of a home and find out who really owns a home. . . it's the woman my dear, the man only presides over it and your so-called brother is just an imposition/misfit here. He should be thankful that she allowed him to be accommodated for up to 2weeks and now he's heating up the terrain? Kick his raggedy ass out. He's a freakin adult for crying out loud! Let him grow some balls and get himself a crib instead of subverting some other person's home. Dang! ![]() |
donbarzini:See alakoba pikin!! |
