Nice way to go in ensuring lasting peace in the Party. Atiku should take the bold step of meeting with wike one on one without any third party to resolve this crisis. If after doing that wike still insists on fighting, then he should be left alone.
He has done that na... wike just Dey form stubborn...but they have left him behind ... we love Atiku in oyo state...I’m from oyo state and my vote is for Atiku

https://www.nairaland.com/7206737/anyone-knows-park-onitsha-asaba

Above is the link to my previous post asking for advice on how to get to ile ife from onitsha. Well, I took to Asaba then entered till Ore, although the initial bus I entered spoilt so I had to enter another sienna on Asaba Benin express Road. I got to the fly over at ore and climbed, then entered a sienna to ile ife.
My observations on the road:
Passing through ondo state I never knew there is a place called ondo Town, this Ondo town seems a bit open and developed, they're lots of businesses and tertiary institutions here. From there we entered ife Road. I was so happy with the lush vegetations I saw, indeed the entire south is a rain forest zone unlike the arid land I saw in kaduna and the rest of the north.

I was surprised to see lots of missionary grammar schools in osun. I mean what I was seeing were replica of Christianity, I was checking out for Muslim secondary schools I couldn't see. I passed through modakeke and what came to my mind was the ife/modakeke War. I didn't even know one had to enter modakeke before ife.
Well ife itself is an old city though, the roads aren't so good but I think because of the coming election some sections are been built esp the section that leads to the University.

I couldn't make out much cultural difference between the natives of ife and that of the south east where I come from except for the food types. But it is easy to relate with people here as almost everyone speaks English, it is unlike when I was in the north that you have to use sign language as most of them will never understand you.

Indeed the south is just same though, its almost like I am in the east. I'm enjoying my stay so far

Challenge :
I can't seem to get the kind of food I'm used to and most cooked foods here aren't satisfying me. I hope to overcome this hoddle by cooking and hopefully very soon I will be home and dry wink
Ile Ife is a good city...I had my secondary school there and I enjoy every bit of time I spent there... I plan to settle down there if I can get a good job there

Reminds me of my tender age in Deeper Life Bible Ministry (1994 to 2003).. The best years I can remember....

Heaven was the goal.

Holiness was the watch word.

Evangelism and soul winning souls was our hobby.

Sanctification and the Baptism of the Holy Ghost - Very key!!!

Miss those days at the youth church, youth retreat, December and Easter retreats...

Search the scriptures, PA Kumuyi's sound Bible studies... And many more heavenly experiences.

My favourite hymn used to be:

1 Deeper, deeper in the love of Jesus
Daily let me go;
Higher, higher in the school of wisdom,
More of grace to know.

Refrain:
Oh, deeper yet, I pray,
And higher ev'ry day,
And wiser, blessed Lord,
In Thy precious, holy word.

2 Deeper, deeper! blessed Holy Spirit,
Take me deeper still,
Till my life is wholly lost in Jesus,
And His perfect will. [Refrain]

3 Deeper, deeper! tho' it cost hard trials,
Deeper let me go!
Rooted in the holy love of Jesus,
Let me fruitful grow. [Refrain]

4 Deeper, higher, ev'ry day in Jesus,
Till all conflict past,
Finds me conqu’ror, and in His own image
Perfected at last. [Refrain]

Omoh. Deeper Life been sweet die!

Romance / Re: Help! My Girlfriend Is Going Haywire by bolex04(m): 12:01pm On Apr 29, 2022
Verysmart101:
I am currently in a fix my people.

I have a girl who is in the university currently. She's 21 already. I Live in Abuja while she lives in Owerri.

Late last year I disvirgined her but I never knew my nightmare would start from there. Ever since I did that act, she totally changed and I made some observations and discovered she cheated on me with her male friend. I confronted her with facts and she apologized promising it would repeat itself again. Out of love I agreed and we continued again.

To my greatest shock her behaviour never changed. I still inquired and I discovered she is sleeping with a guy in her lodge regularly. She denied several times until I got serious evidence and this time she admitted and was blaming me for deflowering her. She said she can't withstand the temptation of guys in her school. This is the girl I intend to marry.

Now she says she wanna quit and I don't deserve her because of her promcious ways. She has been nice to me all along until she changed recently. I need solid advice my people. I don't wanna act out of anger.

Pls should I kick her out or reconsider? I do help her financially for 2yrs of dating. I Am 28 and ready to settle down.

Help my people.

Romance / Re: Good Women Are Scarce O. Omoh! by bolex04(m): 6:15am On Apr 27, 2022
czarr:
It's not in a man's best interest to fall in love. Puts you in a weak position. Remain unattached e get why. The bible says not to give your strength (heart) to a woman e get why. Sampson gave his strength. David gave his strength. Solomon also gave his strength and they led him to worship idols .See the result?

Women are better suited to handle the being in love feeling because they are already emotional creatures by nature. As a man if you attempt to go into that emotional waters with them because of the societal condition through love movies and books and you ignore the stoic nature of our fore fathers because you think you are wiser and more advanced. You'll pay for it.

Don't attempt to swim in the waters of emotions and feelings with a woman because you will drown. Women are biologically wired to move on and bond with another man faster because of their biological clock.

Don't set your self up. Don't fall in love as a man. You can be in like. How do you know you are in like. When you enjoy the value a woman brings to you. When you find it easy to punish her bad behaviour. but you know that if she leaves today. You won't loose yourself and your heart won't be scattered.

How do you know you are in love. When you loose a part of you when she leaves. It's like she completes you. You have a chemical dependency on a woman. Like a drug you find yourself wanting to be around her all the time. When you imagine your life without her. There's a physical pain in your chest.

That is a toxic life. And no woman should have that much power over a man. That is what the bible call giving your strength to a woman. It never ends well. Because women ultimately seek power, and if they can drain your energy they will, and they'll go look for another challenge. That is another energy to drain.

Nuff said.
Hmmmmm...correct talk
