Surely you all are not that blind. She's eating yes, but definitely not pounded yam. Or does that look like pounded yam to you. Nigerians and their quest to associate with whatever.

Another retardo

You don't use Bullpups assault rifles in field combat

The IWI Tavor SAR being carried by the Nigerian Naval team is best used in small confined spaces and not in open field.

The German Soldier is operating with the right field range weapon.

No wonder Boko is kicking their azzes
So true. That's why we switched from the m16 to the m4. M4's are so much better for CQC's. The enemy kept grabbing the m16 barrel because it was too long and you couldn't make quick sharp movements in confined spaces. God, I miss this shiit sometimes.

If you weren't an ediot, you'd perhaps understand the underlying message in the post. Saying safety is an illusion implies that there is nothing as being overly careful. There is always a dangerous side to every thing and everywhere. Next time, if your tomato paste of a brain cannot deduce a statement, just pass.
Lol. . .Saying safety is an illusion is like saying jumping out of an airplane without a parachute is ok. If you can't acknowledge the absurdity of your statement then all hope is lost for you. Don't just post for the sake of it. There is a process in putting words or actions to your thought process. Think before you post, say or do shiit. kapish?

This is perhaps the dum.best post i have read on NL and i've read a lot. So because what will happen will happen will prevent you from wearing a seat belt or a hard hat or not drink and drive or not have a spare tire in your car or not wear protective goggles in a sand storm or not providing body armour and protective vehicles to soldiers. Building a road is perhaps the easiest form of construction. All you need is to mark the width and length of the road, clear it, remove the bad soil; if there is one, lay the sub soil; which from the picture, is the stage they are in right now, grade it, lay the first layer, grade it again then compact it with a roller, and then lay the final level and keep grading and compacting till it's done. I've built roads in many countries so i know. My point is, building a road is not a judge of good leadership. Nigerians just like making things look and seem hard or fantastic. Wait one more year, then we'll rate the guy.

So I got married recently, and my in laws are quite religious. Last week I got a new job after waiting for so long for it... T

he problem now is, my in-laws claim they prayed about it, and I shouldn't take d job. It's at an NGO, with a beautiful package and future for me.

I also have till 2nd of July to give my answer to the regional office.

I need mature advices on how to handle this matter pls!!!

I think you've been very vague. What kind of job is it exactly? what do you tasks and responsibilities involve? I had a friend whose wife got a job in the "hospitality industry" with a "nice package". Sounds good doesn't it? Not knowing she got a job as a bad tender. 6 months later they were in the final stages of a divorce.

When i get angry i usually go very quiet. My wife understands this so she pretty much leaves me alone to calm down. She waits till like midnight and knowing that i would have calmed down would wake me up to talk about the situation then the rest is history. . . . wink

When she gets angry, there is no silence with her. She'll let me know her mind right there on the spot. The good thing though is she will never raise her voice or curse or none of that shiit. She never has. She gets her point across though. It normally starts like this "Temi, mi o like nkan to se ni sin"

Politics › Re: Nigerian Army Gives Families Of Dead Soldiers Money by Bollinger(m): 4:43pm On Jun 26, 2015
Commendable. Though, this is how a Soldier's family is compensated in the U.S army.

1. 24 hrs after death, a check of $100,000 is hand delivered to the spouse.

2. After a couple of months, maybe three, another check of $450,000 is again sent to the spouse.

3. If it is a spouse or child of a Soldier, the soldier receives $100,000.

This is irrespective of whether the soldier died in combat, driving to work, got bitten by a snake etc. It does not matter. The only requirement is that the Soldier was engaged in responsible behavior before or during the time of death. e.g don't go and drink a carton of beer, drive drunk, get in a car accident and expect the army to pay. This does not apply to the wife or husband of a soldier.

Can we ever do this in NIJA.

Lawyers: Can a Christian be tried by a Sharia court in the north since he/she is not a muslim if the case is with a muslim or the community?

I think yes is the answer.
No. A christian cannot be tried under sharia law. As a Christian you can only be tried under common law.

As much as I agree with you on some of your points, I disagree with your assessment of Buhari performance thus far. The rot in Nigeria took decades to ferment and four years will not even be enough to fix that. The most difficult part of building a country is ensuring that the psychology of the populace is in line with the leadership's ideals. Nigerians are too fuc.ked up mentally. What is not normal is seen as the norm and everyone is ok with that. I'm glad I don't have to deal with it anymore but I always feel sad whenever I read about the decay in the country. Obasanjo wants you all to celebrate yourselves but how do you celebrate mediocrity?

Hi, so you only used green bell peppers & 2 cherry tomatoes and it turned out great?
Yes. The quantity of tomato and habanero pepper is dependent on the quantity of green pepper. Irrespective of quantity, the ratio is usually 6:2 for tomato and 2:1 for habanero pepper. The Real secret is to make sure one boils the blend till all the liquid dries up before frying. Don't forget iru oooooo. Goodluck.
