pretydiva:And you are 100% certain he is not telling the truth. I mean since you know the man so intimately. |
OREMUSSANCTUS:You need to expose yourself more to the dealings of the outside world so that you'll have a better understanding of how things operate.. |
celeron40:Spoken like a true blood thirty Nigerian who life means nothing to. |

Omotayor123:Lol, see local champion de form big girl. The things i see on Nairaland. |
koligs:That's is very good. Small pikin no de carry small pikin. |
MuguliciousMUGU:She's saying one useless OP on nairaland, who is jobless will definitely say something about her, and it probably might make front page. so, she might as well do something. And she was right. |
INTROVERT:And how exactly do you know he's not going to fly first class? All i see is he's sitting in a lounge. You won't know until boarding announcements are made. Nigerians sha. |
missKiffy:It's not. If the average Nigerian allows him/herself not to be influenced by hunger and desperation, he/she would realize this. Sure it might work for a couple of months, but all you are doing is setting yourself up for future heart aches and disappointments. Here's why; 1. You need technology for this to be successful and this takes time to set up. How else do you track who deserves and who doesn't benefit from this? 2. Giving out cash is ludicrous. You are just fueling the means by which addicts get their supplies. Gamblers, cocaine, pot smokers, alcoholics etc, who have used their addiction as a means of escaping reality will only use these funds for their supplies. When i first arrived America, i was given a card with which i used to buy groceries and only groceries. Even with that, some Americans still find ways to convert this into other means of barter. America has realized that even with all the technology put in place, they still can't curb this trend from people who receive welfare. how do you think Nigeria will fare? 3. If we are truly honest with ourselves, the corruption level alone will make this proposal a fantasy. How do you implement such a large scale project when more than half the populace is corrupt? Tackle corruption then talk to me about social welfare. Take a lesson from USSR, the greatest communist state ever and it still failed partly because of corruption. 4. Time. Unless Buhari was so sure he was going to win and somehow fixed these problems i have laid out before making president, then yes, it would work. If not, it is only a pipe dream. |
EverestdeBliu:Seun turns a blind eye to this because it is his bread and butter. He knows that; 1. Nairaland is filled with 12 year old's who love to gossip. 2 It is cheaper to run a site which thrives on gossip than actual meaningful news. 3. He can claim ignorance in case of a lawsuit because the members create most of the contents. 4, Nairaland is filled with 12 year old's who love to gossip. |
phemmylink:I know this is a made up story but i will respond anyway. Prior knowledge to a crime or an act leading to a crime makes you an accessory. As if you didn't already know that. |
Sweetyie:I would like to know the parameters for that list. There is no way in hell that the U.S shouldn't be number one. I've have traveled to a lot of countries and a lot of them have one thing in common. A lot of their citizens want to become American citizens. You will not believe the things their females do to get hitched in order to become one. Number two spot should go to switzerland, England or Germany. It's hard to decide. Whoever made that list needs to do a drug test. |
RagaMufeen:It is imperative that you don't let hunger and poverty cloud good judgement and common sense. 1. How long has he been president? Why don't you blame the man who was in power for those eight months? 2. Being president means he has to protect our interest both inside and outside our borders. Our image is not pristine overseas and that is very dangerous. A good president will do exactly what he's doing right now. He has to create goodwill because Nigeria is not an island. 3. Again, don't let hunger and poverty cloud good judgement and common sense. |
barbstee:You call it humble i call it being naive. Presidents should not go about without his/her convoy. |
I wonder why people go gaga over these celebs. my wife is ten time more beautiful than a lot of them but you don't see me doing cartwheels. |
1. Eating too much coconut will give you sore throat. 2. A woman who goes about top.less might cause erec.tion from a male counterpart. (it's a myth; it can never happen)*wink..wink* |
nazcorey:You dull i swear. The name of the students was withheld. The name of the institution is irrelevant. And 12 slowpoke.s like that post. |
Jirate:Seriously? Please no let hunger cloud common sense. Buhari will soon realize it will be very difficult to bring change to people with cavemen mentality. |
And one marafucker was trying to convince me that Nigeria is the beacon of advancement in Africa. Beacon my asss. |
kastonkastrol:1. Females develop fast as hell. 2. You said it; they are in America which means a healthy if they so choose. No more gari and epa. 3. Are you 12 years old such that you cannot decipher this on your own? |
leshluap:Please explain to me what is there to learn from taking the law into one's hands. I await your response. |
kastonkastrol:Yeah. Good luck with that theory. Obasanjo ruined it for the yoruba tribe just like Obama has ruined it for African Americans. |
In any institution you can only have one leader in order to have direction. That moro.n had better identify who that leader is, less there be chaos |
ifex370:See why i keep saying Nigerians are probably the dumbest people on the planet? The above response got over three hundred likes. Three hundred for a made up story. God help Nigeria. |
sinaj:Heck no. He just has my complexion. Also lucky enough to marry a very very beautiful woman. |
sinaj:Everyone stay calm. My kids way cuter. And, with a dark mum. |
NobleAky:You do realise that some countries still make wine using this process. Wine that you might have drunk In your lifetime. It is always better not to investigate your consumptions too thoroughly. |
Utchgirl:Nigerian mentality. No amount of schooling or exposure can change it. |
tohpahz:Exactly. Just be yourself. If you are a good person it will show naturally. My wife did not have to work for anything; my mum and every person I know loves her. It's kinda weird. You can't hide character. it'll eventually show. |
Elslim:I don't think that's a good idea. Nigerians are naturally blood thirsty and you don't want to empower such a people with means to act on their thirst. |
If that is a major road, I wonder what the minor roads will look like. |
ATTENTION NIGERIANS!!!! You think you are all ready for change. Think again. There is no way in hell that cavemen can accept change. |

What kinda food are the Americans feeding them with? Where the Americans giving them fertilizer or what
