A whole lot of youths here will comment without reading the whole article after reading only the headline. Some will comment after browsing through half way. Another set will comment after reading without comprehensive comprehension. Very few will make informed comments after reading and understanding. The pathetic story of today's youths and tomorrow's leaders. |
Now, this is how to play politics of NO bitterness. Ambode you're blessed, something great awaits you at the Federal level in 2019. Jagaban you're a genius. A good leader with extraordinary visions, reach and charisma. Lagos State keep schooling the entire country on how to play cool politics. If you pay attention enough you will understand that the bottomline here has always been a greater Lagos where PDP is NEVER allowed to dip their dirty hands into. |
Lol. Atiku and PDP looking for backdoor entrance to Aso Rock. Resign ko relocate ni. Yeye party, instead of trying to convince Nigerians to vote for them by liating their achievements in 16 years and specific plans they have for Nigeria for the next 4 years they are desperately looking for a wuruwuru way to take over Aso Rock. These PDP folks are so bereft of ideas. After 2019 defeat, this corrupt, pathetic, good-for-nothing and ineffectual party will be relegated to the dustbin of Nigerian political history. |
nazicartel:This doesn't even make any sense? What stops the North from allowing Buhari completes his 8 years and in 2023 gets in another Northerner for another 8 years since you think the North should always rule. Or is this your own weird way of wishing for Atiku to win in 2019? Lol. You don fail patapata. Atiku will be beaten mercilessly in 2019 by Buhari and in 2023 a Southerner whether East or West will be handed over to. That's how it is going to be. The North completes their 8 years through Buhari and a Southerner picks up the mantle in 2023. |
If NBS had reported that GDP growth is in the negatives, it would be authentic news. But since NBS just reported that our GDP is growing despite your hates, it is now a fake news, a FG scam. Una dey craze. Y'all shall keep wailing till 29th of May, 2023 while patriotic Nigerians shall keep rejoicing and hailing the FG as our economy is getting reset, diversified and healthy. |
Magalan:You can be forgiven if you admit that you didn't know that NASS budget and allocation is separate from Executive implementation of National Budget. |
OBoy50:Fake! Faker! Fakest! |
LUGBE:So APC sponsored Saraki and Dogara to refuse to pay these folks their dues? The way you guys think ehn, one will think PDP has plundered your cognitive abilities. |
rapid101:In case you just came out from the forest, bother Senate President and Speaker are PDP and not APC. These are the people in charge of paying their entitlement. Meanwhile, welcome back into the human folks. |
Yomboy4ever:This is Zonal rally. So the whole North Central came to Ilorin. So the large crowd is expected if you consider that Plateau, Kwara, Kogi, Niger, Nassarawa and Benue are represented there. They had to do Zonal rally so that crowd at each rally will be used to bamboozle themselves and their trolls. |
scopusng:Liar! Liar!! Liar!!! |
This is an insult to the memories, spirit and the fallen heroes of the struggle for actualization of the June 12 mandate. Otunba Gbenga Daniel is grossly stupid to make such statement. Does he really think invoking the spirit of June 12 will win his bad product candidate some sympathies? Big fail. In fact, it would be counterproductive because nobody has shown more honour and respect for the June 12 mandate and spirit than President Buhari. PMB recognized June 12, he apologized for the annulment (something he didn't do) and he conferred late MKO Abiola the highest honour in Nigeria befitting a President. This is an own goal for Gbenga Daniel. |
pappyjoe:Ever heard the phrase "name dropping"? Go figure. |
Lescalier:OK, take your conspiracy theory to GTBank Plc and bank it. Yeyenatu. |
Lescalier:First you guys said he hates women. Then you guys said he is a fanatic. Then you guys said he is old, weak, fragile and dying. Now you guys say he is dating a Model. Una thinking pattern is so scattered even scattered graph is more easier to understand. Anyway, the lady was in Lagos for Arise Fashion Week. She only name-dropped President Buhari for game and prestige. |
pappyjoe:She came to Nigeria to attend Arise Fashion Week. Do a little bit of digging. |
CSTR1002:She is in Lagos for Arise Fashion Week. A little digging will help. Do it. |
So many comments stinking of abject ignorance. So many comments motivated by hatred and bigotry. So many reasons to be afraid for the future of this country judging from the quality of comments by the so-called "Leaders of Tomorrow". |
obonujoker:Mumu. Worship in what sense? If it is when there's a marriage or burial or some kind of festivity, yes Muslims enter Churches to partake in it. In fact I personally walked in my cousin into the church when she was getting married. My entire family was there singing and dancing and jubilating. And I'm a practicing Muslim. If your tribe don't do unity, in Yoruba land we don't discriminate against ourselves. Both religions celebrate with others. Even when the time for masquerade, egungun comes we all celebrate and observe all the time restrictions, taboos and other restrictions. That's Yoruba for you. I'm so proud of my people. |
geoinvestor:It is obvious you didn't read the story sef. Because if you do you will see where the story mentioned Dangote Foundation. Then make use of your Tecno phone and Google Dangote Foundation you will see the billions the man in pumping into making lives better in the entire North. Knowledge is Light. Ignorance is Darkness. |
Good job FGN. The rapid response has yielded a cheering result. May the remaining 34 get released soon so they can be United with their families. Shame on Sahara Reporters who is reporting that the only girl left unreleased is a 'Christian'. Whatever that means. But one thing for sure is that the credibility of Sahara Reporters is wanning fast. Weldone to FGN and their teams. |
Get loans, build infrastructures, no problem; good economic policy. Get loans, pay salaries, big problems; bad economic policy. Loan has never been a bad thing, what you do with the loan is what matter. That this loan is for developing our rail system, that's a welcome policy. No proper development without a wide reaching and sustainable rail system. Kudos. |
Nonsense! What is Sahara Reporters trying to insinuate? That Boko Haram deliberately left out a single girl because she's a Christian? Stupid. Nigerian media sha. They will always find a bad twist to a good and heartwarming news. Cheering news is bad business to them. Instead of waiting for then head count of the girls they have quickly found a twist they hone in and monetize. Sahara Reporters you can't rain on our parade o, Nigeria and the world are in joyful mood right now we won't tolerate your sadistic hypocrisy. |
patonyx1:Yes not owned by FGN but Flour Mills, nevertheless FGN created the enabling environment and gave them N27billion out of the N50 billion spent to build the factory. |
nwabobo:Because CBN gave Sunti N27BILLION |
Donlino123:Actually this government gave them N27billion through CBN |
jkendy:Mere conjectures. I quote you come and beat me. |
lastempero:Really? How does the NYSE rally in the US affects the homeless people sleeping around the streets? How does the LSE rally in the UK affects the price a jeans at Primark? How does the JSE rally in SA affects the price an average South African pay for DSTV subscription? Y'all should try to be in the know before criticising every good news about the country. |
omonnakoda:That's so dumb. When did Nigeria start spending dollar as local currency? When have ever heard the NSE in its 57 years, ever used dollar to express the results of daily trading? You can only apply dollar through conversion if you're comparing our Stock Exchange with another country's Stock Exchange, say JSE. When you're reporting local results for local consumption you use the local currency. How hard could that be to understand? Learn. |
dukie25:Wrong. Kaduna is sacking 21,000 incompetent teachers with option of support to take up farming, and the same time employing 25,000 fresh and qualified teachers. Meanwhile, same Fayose that's employing just 2,000 people is owing workers 9 months salaries. Kaduna State is not owing any salaries. |
trtola:Prophesy ko, prediction ni. Things like that don't move me. I deal with facts and realities not some trumped imaginations of someone guy who died some years ago. And what end are you talking about? The end of the world? Lol that ain't gonna happen. I don't even lose sleep over that. |
chymer:Lol. Since 1947 US had a site in Jerusalem yet they never build that site. Instead they build and open their Embassy in Tel Aviv. Doesn't that mean anything to you? So 9 nations including US and Israel recognized Jerusalem, big achievement, but why is Trump angry and threatening nations that voted against it. The settlement expansion was only possible because of US veto power that keep saving Israel from getting sanctioned. Just the same why Russia is using veto power to prevent UN sanctions against Syria. US is the God and saviour of Israel, no doubt. Same way China and Russia has been saving Iran from UN sanctions. Like I said, International recognition of Jerusalem is still important to Israel and Trump but they didn't get and won't get it. UNESCO recognized Palestine State and admitted them as an observer. Israel protested. US voted against it. US threatened to stop funding UNESCO yet Palestine was admitted. It is not all the time that UN resolutions doesn't matter. Sometimes message passed with it is as powerful as implementation. |
