is deadlier than any other combo of the three. He'll have to find a way to fit Qudus in tho.

Simple: Follow those boards/topics on Nairaland like you do on Reddit, and they'd appear on your Followed Boards. Yes, users post content and news about cryptocurrency, football, and scientic discoveries daily on Nairaland. There are sections beyond the sports section.

News is essentially reporting as it develops in real-time even. What you're getting on Reddit on the frontage are mostly days-old news with the rabbithole of nested comments.


I know as Africans we like to demonize everything which is ours in favour of others, but on news aggregation (in the strictest sense of what news is), Nairaland towers above others.

Not forgetting, it towers above Reddit and Facebook for page indexing. Only Twitter outranks it on this.

If Nairaland is your best news aggregation platform then you have a very low expectation. Can you show me the latest news on Sports, Cryptocurrency, Foreign affairs of the day on Nairaland? Go to the front page and all what you have been seeing for the past week is Fubera and Wike yet you call it the best news aggregation platform lol. Reddit is levels above whatever nairaland offers. Now let's say I want to get the hottest football news of the day, I get it with just a click (screenshots). If I want the hottest NBA news I can get that with just a click as well ditto for foreign news all on the same page and you are telling me nairaland is what again? Stop playing.

You still don't know what you are talking about. You can get the Best, hottest and newest news of the day with just a click. Infact you can get the best news of the day from yesterday, last week and even last year with a single click.

Nairaland doesn't even have any variety of news. It's political news and that's all then one nonsense topic from the romance section. Then on Sundays and Friday it welcomes you with Islam and Christian brouhaha.

With Nairaland, it's on one page. All you you do is open several tabs, read, then close. No distracting rabbithole. In 90 minutes, you could quickly skim through the developing news and stories in the polity, celebrities, tech, e.t.c. with ease and quoted from the sources.

Nairaland still towers above all platforms in this particular regard. Take it from someone who uses these other platforms well enough. Screw it; take it from the comparative analyses so far.

You have no idea what you are talking about. On Reddit you get all the news and topics on all the subreddits you are following on your home page. You just click on them to read and you can click on multiple pages to read on different tabs when using Chrome. How is it a limited scoop when am the one who pick the topics and information am interested in? If I want information on latest sports news, United news and UK news, I just join the subreddit and get those information all on my home page.
