Sextuple are trophies won in a calendar year. You can't achieve sextuple on a season based.

Think about it.

You win Copa del rey and UCL and Laliga in May. Then you win European Super cup in August. Spanish Super Cup in January ( not sure how this can be included now since format has changed, it use to be in August), then you finish the year with Club World Cup.

That's sextuple

You can win six titles in a season base on the previous formats as long as you win the Champions league with the league or cup the season before and the current season. Combining trophies won in different seasons as one makes no sense. Trophies are won seasonally not yearly.
